Marmalade Cafe

I was waiting for my coffee, I watched someone else order an ice latte and then saw the 'barista' pull out 2L ice coffee drink you but from the shop and pour it in a cup with ice in it. Chuck the lid on and serve it, as if it was an ice latte with an espresso shot.

For pre-made milk coffee from the local deli. Seems disingenuous and misleading.
I thought it was an average cafe, with average prices. I ordered a flat white and toastie. Toastie was late coffee was fine. But then I saw that atrocity

Servers are not very attentive. Gave me the wrong food. A waste or $ for poached egg with toast. Overpriced.

I just had the homemade beans and poached egg for breakfast and they were superb! Great coffee too.

Really good homemade baked beans! My son loves the carrot cake. Coffee is always good. Just missing a smile from the lady behind the counter.

I liked this place. Met a colleague for a meeting here. It was very busy.
Tea wias nice. In a cast iron teapot. I have the bigger version at home. Nice

Staff are rude and not very helpful. Not the best coffee I've had.no social distancing. Will not be going back.

Disabled and 76 years old, I and my elderly friend were evicted form the cafe for taking too long to drink our coffee. The cafe was half empty and no one was queuing to get in. Staff were rude and arrogant. I now regret the money spent there weekly over 3 years. My friend had been going there for 30 years. We are very disgusted to be treated in such an arrogant and uncaring manner.

Great coffee and some of the best sandwiches and rolls I have tasted in a long time. Well done Marmalade in the current environment.

Nice cafe, a little small but the food and service is brilliant I come here religiously for my coffee and food

After reading all the negative reviews I have been somewhat hesitant in going to this cafe however after going there for breakfast on the weekend with my wife, I was very thankful I decided to go. The coffee is fantastic and both our meals were perfect in size, absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. We ordered the eggs benny and smashed avocado which were both great and we saw another customer order the pancakes which I'll definitely be trying next time. I've eaten at a few brekkie places around Carine and this has moved straight to the top of my list.
