Margaret River Woodfired Bread reviews
18Easily one of the best breads i have ever had, the rye loaf had such a deep and flavourful aroma but it maybe a little tough for my liking. My favourite was definitely the soft rolls, they released their bakes at around 2-3pm daily and the rolls run out pretty fast but its definitely worth the wait!
Incredibly good bread and delicious smells. The bread was warm when we bought it and stayed fresh all weekend.
The fresh bread comes out of the oven at 3pm and is still warm when the put it in the bag. Beautiful crusty outside, soft fluffy inside… yum! Delicious!
Amazing flavour.
We were so lucky to get fresh bread as we arrived at the venue at 3pm sharp, they opened their doors, and we walked in and got ourselves the seeded sourdough.
It was nutty and fluffy!
Just had a slice of the freshest bread of our lives and it’s the best bread we’ve ever tasted. Glenn is a legend, and the range of preserves on sale are great. Was up top of our list of things to do at Margaret River, and it exceeded expectations.
So great to find a bakery doing their thing and open in the afternoon. I needed bread, eggs and jam and found them all here.winning!
Yummy bread and they were also happy to slice it for us which was great as visiting tourists with no bread knife
Perfect bread, taste like the best in France
So cool to eat a good bread after 3 months in Australia
Nice person and good price for the quality
Thanks!
Been ‘Dinning’ on this awesome bread for the past two weeks whilst on a PDC (Permaculture Design Course) at Fair Harvest
Simply a terrific healthy and superb breads!
Mmmmm? After ALL the amazing reviews for this bread waited 2 hours in van till fruit loaf was cooked @ 4pm. Also bought a white sourdough loaf. Let’s just say although it was pleasant there was no “sour” notes at all in the bread. It was way too fluffy & light. ️
Outstanding! Five stars for Thier bread especially the fruit loaf. It's a little different down here instead of the other Bakery in Yallingup as this one has figs in it also. Customer service was top notch. Well worth the visit for you bread needs. Make sure to come from 4pm so you get a loaf of fruit loaf
Fruit bread is really good! Apparently baking normally finishes at approx. 2 or 3pm, so if you want the freshest bread drop by mid-afternoon.
The very best old style baked bread just makes for a perfect addition to a cooked breakfast. It even makes a delicious fruit loaf as well.
We were lucky to know that great natural and tasty sourdough bread available in the middle of Margaret River. You could make a choice from white wheat loaf, rye bread, wholemeal and fruit loaf.
I became a fan of the white loaf and fruit loaf which is full of dry fruits including dates, figs and sultanas so made sure to drop by the Yallingup shop on our way return to Perth. Bread are ready in late afternoon.
God bless you guys, you are an asset to the community. Beautiful aromas as we entered the shop after 3 pm.left an hour later with a beautiful wave bread, rye bread and the famous fruit loaf.most people we noticed were struggling not to start eating as soon as they had stepped out cradling the warm loaves lovingly.best wishes and see you soon
I got fruits bread and rye I love them a lot the best wood fire bread! I will deffinetly come back:)
We just cannot get enough of the fruit bread! Sadly, they always get sold out towards the end of the day. We'll be returning in August 2019 and we'll make sure to head there early. Gotta grab a few loaves!
