This is the second time this practice has looked after my dog in an emergency situation when on holiday. Very grateful and happy with the service. Thank you

Always so kind and caring. Took my 21yr old Birman there for his check up and discovered he needed to be placed on a special diet. They are able to get the food in for him and it is very reasonable.

Thank you Fran and the other staff for taking good care of my dog Poh, I was very impressed with your kindness, your thorough examination and assistance to get him back on his feet. He’s on the road to recovery and I appreciate all that was done.

My very sick dog was not assessed properly. I left him at the clinic because he'd lost a drastic amount of weight and hadn't eaten or drunk water for 4 days. Expected IV fluids but they determined he was OK to go home. The next day another vet clinic admitted him for emergency IV fluids and ultrasound etc- he was in a dire way. He was sent the same day up to emergency vets in Perth. He would have died within days without this intervention.

Have they changed vets? Reading all the positive posts about how wonderful the vet is/was! Maybe the one I encounted this morning got out of the wrong side of the bed, because believe me she has no professional decorum whatsoever.
Just a hint, but you might consider more and better communication between your staff.
Will not be returning and will advise family and friends.

We came in early morning before opening with our dog having seizures due to 1080 poison. All the staff were direct ready to help even though we were 30 min before them officially opening. They saved our dogs life in the most professional ways and kept us updated during the day off his treatment and progress. Dr. Aimee Seymore dealt with our dog emergency in a personal, decisive and calm manner.
Weer certainly go back with our boy for other treatments.

So amazing! I went in with my struggling pooch to ask questions and Mel was amazing! She went above and beyond for my little doggie, so knowledgeable and helpful! He already seems so much happier 4 hours later! I wish I lived here so he could always go here!

There were very friendly an supper helpfull, rang me a few times to check how my dog was after operation.

I’ve been coming here with my cats for years and all of the vets I’ve seen here have been great with the boys. Everybody’s very friendly and caring, so the experience is a little more tolerable for my cats who hate coming to the vet. I think the pricing is very fair too. Can’t recommend enough!
