Staff always seem to be hiding in some part of the store. Always quiet.

I told him my order and he must’ve not heard me because he got short with me explaining “if you want bubble tea you say tea, if you want bubble milk tea you say milk tea” so I repeated my order. Card minimum is $10 and the bubble tea was $7.50 so I had to buy something else because I had no cash on me. He was quick & efficient though and the flavour of the bubble tea was good.

Excellent bubble tea, the only place where the milk tea actually has good flavour! Their sago pearls are yum too, good flavour and texture - easy to consume.

The best bubble tea, better taste then if u buy from other place.my family and my friends they are love it.

Hands down best bubble tea in Perth, my favourite flavours are the coconut pandan and Malaysian chendol- are a must try

Lots of variety of flavours but one of the more mediocre bubble teas. Not worth the hype everyone else is tooting. Their jelly does not have any flavour to it. The old deli owners were much better.

How this place doesn't have a straight 5/5 rating is beyond me, it's the BEST bubble tea EVER, and they make it from scratch! Came here every week when I lived in Perth last year, hoping to go every week again now:)

The bubble tea is great, but what makes me give a bad rating is the customer service. The staff are rude and make me uncomfortable.

OMG. No word of a lie, THE BEST Bubble Tea in Perth! I come all the way from Wanneroo, just to buy $6.00 of Taro bubble tea bliss. I've had other bubble tea's, but they just don't have that Bubble Tea magic. And as for the deli itself it's ok.

Good bubble tea but the guy behind the counter is always super rude and cranky I mean just quit Ur job if you hate it.
