Love the creamy chicken pizza, caution not for children as it is very spicey with the jalapenos

Didn't even get to try the Pizza I ordered because of terrible customer service they did not comply with their offer of 10% pensioner discount because I was not "old and retired" that is discrimination I have a disability which is why I got given the pension concession card from Centrelink and not the health care card which is completely different, which I showed both the Centrelink card and my ID with same name and address and picture of me so I wasn't trying to fraud them. Now they have a promotion anyway which is 10% off regardless so I don't know what the problem was in the first place. This review is staying up for everyone to see regardless of when I go try a pizza from there next time they need to know Customer service is always important

Soo gud so yum i just had chicken pizza and pizza base and ingredients are soo gud taste so good

Yes we did check the website, we rang and ordered the large footy special which says between Thursday to Sunday, it was Thursday night. The Girl on the phone accepted this order and it is priced at $31 where your website menu option loads to.
We also did not get the extra ingredients in the pizza's, which is another reason we rang.
When we tried to explain why we were ringing your staff said that there was no footy special and no one should have accepted that order and we asked why no one called us about it after it was discovered, they just yelled (Even your response here mentions a footy special). I mean we got 2 pizzas and the garlic bread and drink which is what the special is for, we didn't ask for those individually. If you made a mistake your customers should not suffer. But the problem was the attitude of the person we spoke to, who wouldn't listen to any of this and just yelled as us from the get go. Which you are again are not addressing, apparently she was the manager/owner. The delivery guy also refused to give us the restaurant receipt, which you would have known, had anyone listened to us talk. A few minutes of your staffs time was all that was necessary.

Usually this place is pretty good. Haven't ordered in a while, did so tonight. Over charged, told one price, charged more on delivery, ordered a special they accepted on the phone but apparently it's not accepted. Ordered an extra ingredient on each pizza and was told that was fine, neither of them had the changes that we paid for and when we rang to try and sort out why we were charged more and why our changes that we also paid for weren't done we were met with rudeness and someone just yelling at us on the phone. Like it wouldn't have been that hard to sort out with a bit of customer service. She wasn't even willing to listen to us, we didn't ask for a refund or anything like that, we just wanted to know what was going on and why we weren't given an itemized receipt for the purchase.
Very very rude. Completely ruined our night to be treated so hostility. Never ordering here again due to horrible service and mismanagement of trying to make a civil complaint.

Found these guys a few months back safe to say their pizza. Are awesome plenty of topping and flavours
And the variety of sizes are cool too especially the family pizzas way better than dominos and Pizza Hut keep up the good work regular customer here now

Yep, even better now than Perths previously rated best. These guys have done it right. If you want a real, soft, succulent, flavoursome, fresh, professionally made pizza. Forget the rest because these guys are the best!

Ordered a pizza from there tonight. Order was pizza, garlic bread, drink and wings. Received pizza and wings NO garlic bread or drink. Told driver who rang store then said he would be back with missing items.fast forward 30mins and I was still waiting so I rang store where I was told the driver was on his way back and young lady apologised for mistake. Wait ANOTHER 20 mins and ring store, female owner answers phone, VERY RUDE and tells me driver left store on his way doing another delivery first! Are you kidding me? I had been waiting 50mins already surely I should have been priority drop off considering they stuffed up my order and I live 2 mins from the shop! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!

I’m one of their regular customers here, almost once a week & I have always had a wonderful experience here. The pizza dough that they use here has a unique crust which I like a lot & they are quite generous with the toppings as well. The staff is very courteous in listening to your requests and very accommodating if you want to customize your pizza. Also they have a lot of varieties of pizza and toppings to offer as well. One of the best pizzas I have had so far.

The Marangaroo Pizza is 1 of the best shop I’ve been too. The delivery service and the pick up service is extremely fast and efficient. The pizza’s are cheap, nice looking and most importantly delicious. This pizza shop should get more customers and should get more 5 star rating and good comment.

Excellent and quick service pre order ready in time. I'm always use to buy pizza from this shop really their customer service is extraordinary. Value for money! Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed. Very satisfied with my order.

Almost an hour wait just to get the pizza at the shop order four family size pizzas but swear i got large pizzas in stead or they must of cut the size down from last time i have gotten them. Flavour wise it was ok not like last time. Dont know if they was to pressure with how many order they had to care about the product they wear making. Nice people that work there but did say 10min then its 40min later just to say we thought it was delivery when i was there. Not happy.order on the 8/8/20

HI Guys. Sorry but Our Large Half N' Half Ben's Special and The Works Pizza Tonight was Under Cooked The Egg was Not Set. And all The Topping Fell off The Pizza Base. I have been a Customer for 4 Years and this is the Worst Pizza that has Arrived at My Door Step from Your Pizza Shop.
You have Lost Me as A Customer. As Our last 2 Pizzas were not The Best but We thought things would get Better. Not Worse.

Ordered here for the 2nd time for wrong order to be deleivered. Poor customer service will not send out correct order when at fault

5 star for FOOTY DEALS ordered two large pizza s got garlic bread and drink free thanks Marangaroo pizza

Used to be great but we havent been back since the new owners tried to save money and dramatically reduced the topping portions. This was some of the best pizza in town but now even dominos is better. Edit: Unfathomable that this place called me a liar! Just proves what they think of the people who order their pizzas. Stay away! Unless they call you a liar too!

They are the only pizza place where we buy from but lately the orders take extra long time (2 and a bit hours today from order) and missing extra toppings that has been paid for (it has been charged for in the online order!) Asked for mushrooms on a Romana pizza didn't received mushrooms at all. Called multiple times just to be told it's on its way.
I know hospitality and know what it's like to be busy but for a pizza waiting extra 1,5 hour is outrageous
I live 10 minutes from the shop!
Even delivery driver remembered that it was the second time taking long to deliver.

Pretty disappointed overall. Was told 30minutes delivery.ended up arriving one hour later toppings are missing aswell.normally never have an issue prior too. Seems like new owners. Doubt I will go back
