The girl from India who’s been in Australia was absolutely lovely but there was a communication breakdown as I ended up with a bill which was much more than I was expecting.
I asked for eyebrow thread & tint and she said $18, but turns out the tint was $18+$20.
She convinced me to wax my chin but it was extremely painful and took ages and now it’s very irritated. It felt at times like she was plucking out the hairs with her own nails and she really struggled to grip the wax to rip it off - yowch!
I asked for my nose to be waxed but she waxed my actual bridge of my nose and not my nostrils - by this point I just didn’t say anything as I was hurting from the chin and just wanted to leave… a tiny bit of wax to the nose cost $15!
Total bill was $85 and it was a pretty painful experience. Today I still have hairs in my eyebrows too.
If you’re charging $40 for eyebrows which isn’t far off popular beauty bars (around $50-60) they should be pretty immaculate IMO.
Also get a wax that isn’t impossible to remove.
All up the appt took nearly an hour which is pretty long for everything I had done.
I had my eyelash extensions done here a few weeks ago & couldn't recommend any higher. By far the best job & friendliest service I've ever experienced. I wouldn't use anyone else in the future they're absolutely fantastic!

Not a great experience! The woman who did my eyebrows has no sense of symmetry or how to measure them properly. My eyebrows look terrible. Both of them are different. Never again!
