What an inspiring open day! The support and genuine delight watching the girls smash PB’s speaks volumes about the community you guys have built. It was great to see whole families get involved and people of all sizes and ages feeling empowered. Can’t wait to see what the future has in store for this place and the awesome coaches.

First week down at One Life Fitness and I'm hooked. It has been years since I've step foot in a gym and my confidence to start again was low, Jasmine, Manu and Isaac are amazing kind trainers who understand life and are approachable and supportive. They make the transition back to health and self care Easy and not intimidating. Jaz is a true superstar cheerleader who encourages you and is enthusiastic about training and achieving goals. Her bubbly personality is contagious and i appreciate having you in my corner so much!
The equipment at One Life is so new and the gym is fresh being only opened just over a week thanks team especially Jasmine for a truelly awesome place to come train

Im new to this gym but I get an encouraging community feel.
From beginner to advance athletes, there is something to offer for everyone. I have been training and learning from Coach Manu for only a short time and I am already ticking boxes. Could not be happier!

Have been working with Manu and the One Life Fitness team to achieve some personal goals for a little while now. Manu is dedicated, passionate, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. His ability to tailor fitness goals to each individual, keeping track and advise along the way has been second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend One life to anybody looking to achieve any fitness goals ranging from beginners to professionals. Cheers Manu!

I can honestly say I have never felt stronger or fitter than when I train with Jaz. She's brilliant at what she does i can highly recommend. Jaz helped me recoup and rebuild after giving birth and her knowledge is second to none.

The One Life team are the best In the short time I have known them they have taught me so much about the gym, technique, reaching goals and always push me to work harder. Also super welcoming and supportive. Couldn't recommend enough!

If you want a trainer who is your BIGGEST hype girl, while being supportive, motivating and hugely encouraging… Jaz is absolutely the trainer for you. She has a way of making you realise your potential & somehow makes you want to do very hard things…. All while laughing and enjoying the entire process!

I’ve been training with Jasmin for a long time now, and love the progress I’ve made. The workouts are always fun, and often downright hilarious! Couldn’t recommend anyone more highly!

Manu and his team are amazing! I can’t rate them highly enough! I’ve been training with One Life Fitness for nearly two years and I always enjoy my sessions!

They are so supportive and even have their own app to track everything like meals, progress photos and exercise, it even integrates with my Garmin! I also like being able to book extra sessions online.

I have been training with Manu from One Life Fitness now for around a year.
Being a personal trainer myself, I wanted someone that I could learn from, challenge me, and get the results I wanted.
I have definitely got that and more, Manu is a wealth of knowledge, such a positive, happy and motivating personal trainer, he has corrected technique that no other trainer has picked up, trained me like no other trainer.
Im so happy that I have been given the opportunity to train and learn from Manu.

My initial engagement with one life was for rehabilitation and alternative training for my lower back.
In line with utilising a chiro manu from one life has been nothing but professional, listening to my goals and understanding where the issue lays, with his years of experience he has been a massive contributing factor to why I’m back to 100% with a range of new exercises and shown the right techniques I couldn’t recommend his team any more! Doesn’t matter what stage your at with your training he will get you back on line exactly how he did with me, super happy!

I’ve been training with Isaac for nearly 3 months. Isaac is a great motivator and does workout and diet plans that suit me. I’m half way to reaching my weight goal already and feel like I can go even further.

I have only been part of One Life for a short period of time, but it is already evident how passionate and knowledgeable Manu is about his role! Instantly felt apart of a family due to how personable the experience has been. Manu’s genuine nature has made training most enjoyable, I feel supported and challenged which is exactly what I want in my coach ️ I cannot recommend One Life enough for their truly personal, training!

I have been training with Manu for a number of years now and he's hands down on of the most supportive and insightful PT's I've ever had. I recently started training with Crystal who is such a breath of fresh air. Crystal has an uncanny knack for keeping me comfortable and safe during some very intense workouts. She radiates positivity and really takes into account both my physical and mental health without making me feel self conscious or silly. It's so nice to be listened to and have someone who really feels like they care about your well being and not just how much you can bench press. Thank you Crystal and Manu? ️

I've now been on the One Up program for over 2 months now and I have seen an amazing increase not only to my technique but overall preformance and mental health, Isaac has been super interactive throughout the whole process with providing advice and videos on proper technique and pace. For just a base layout it's super helpful and affordable for me thanks lads super effort in being interactive with your clients and with the information you provide

I’ve been a gym goer for quite some time now but Manu and the One Life team have truly levelled up my training in a way I could only imagine! I have been working with Manu for a few months now and couldn’t be happier with the results! Manu is such a knowledgeable and supportive coach, and is constantly pushing me beyond what I think I’m capable of. I could not recommend Manu and the One Life team more no matter what stage of training you’re at!

One Life Fitness has truly made me realise that I only have 'One Life' and that I have to make the most of it. I found myself down in the dumps and not going to the gym as often as I would have liked to and that is where One Life Fitness entered my one life.

I made contact with One Life Fitness and was greeted with a warm welcome by Isaac. I enquired about the different options that I would have to suit my needs and we came to the conclusion that the One-Up Men's program is what would suit me best as I already had been going to the gym for a while. The program has helped me gain some sense and direction in the gym, and allows me to hit all of the muscles in my body thanks to Isaac's wicked programming. I have been in this program since it began, and am currently in the third training phase (each phase the exercises change) and loving life! I am feeling fitter, stronger, healthier and handsome-r.

Isaac has been coaching me during these phases over the interactive group chat and in person briefly. He has helped me nail the technique of some exercises, while giving me some pointers on where to improve, and how to improve.

I can certainly and whole heartedly recommend One Life Fitness as a life style choice and even more so, my coach, Isaac.

What I love about One Life is that whilst the trainers have their individual strengths and interests they all extol the same values - they are all member-centred, they genuinely care about the people they are working with and they are invested in the success of others. They are all committed to continue to invest in their own growth and development - continually seeking answers to problems.
