Mantarays Ningaloo Beach Resort, Exmouth

We stayed in a beach bungalow, which was perfect. Staff were great, and accommodation was extremely clean

We stayed 3 nights on a visit from Melbourne. The room was excellent and the location is amazing. The staff were all very helpful, any minor issues were promptly sorted. We dined in the restaurant for 2 of our 3 nights and the food and service were great. The pool is beautiful and the view out over the beach is lovely.

So we have stayed here now for 4 nights at the Mantarays Ningaloo Reef at $$$$$$ every night we have had to go to bed with ear plugs due to the restaurant noise and pull out curtains tight as the pool lights are
So bright they light up our whole room! I don’t expect having to do that when I pay $$$$$$ for a room! I know it’s school Holidays in WA - but really? What I want to know
Is how can families afford this place? Lucky we have been able to escape and do our own thing! Not what you expect from a 5 start Resort!

Location: next to the beach and close to the Port. Also we got picked up by all the tours in front of the hotel. There are enough car parks.

Room: beautiful, spacious, very clean and modern

Service: nice and friendly - but not very efficient

Food: DONT eat there, if you consider yourself a gourmet and know some about food. For a normal foody it will be good enough.

Clean, quiet, spacious rooms, very nice pool area, food was also delicious, they have a daytime shuttle in to the town every hour but need to let them know prior to make sure it runs.

Pretty poor experience to say the least. We were traveling up there to do the whale shark experience but a natural disaster of bushfires occurred on the travel up.
We tried contacting accommodation through a number provided (no email) and even sent them proof and a courtesy email afterwards with no response. We weren’t requesting anything as extravagant as a full refund but just a cancellation cost.
However they weren’t willing to offer anything after already taking full payment.
Would recommend to steer well clear and take up one of the other many great accommodations on offer… very disappointed to say the least.

As our pool at Exmouth Escape was under renovation we had a pass to swim at the beautiful Mantarays resort pools, with beach access with some villas on beachfront. Perfect shallow pool for little ones right next to deeper pool. Super friendly and welcoming staff each time. Next visit to Exmouth my family and I will stay some of our time at this resort

Idyllic double story apartment set right on the best turquoise water beach in Exmouth. Service was second to none and staff went over and above the call of duty and were very responsive. Great amenities and their restaurant served up the best cocktails and meals we’ve tried in a very long time. Definitely returning here. Well done Mantaray staff!

we were not disappointed!
nothing had changed except our menu and cocktail choices - Coral Bay Mule was and complementary bubbles to celebrate our engagement, we couldn’t fault a thing A+ again.

2nd time, I have been to this Oasiss and have a 3rd booking to follow.
Staff are pleasant and very professional and helpful. The facilities are excellently maintained and clean. The food is extremely fresh and exciting, especially for the location.
Starting at $230.00 per night, it is extremely good value. I recommend to anyone in the Exmouth area

Magical place and exceptional staff. The rooms, pools, location and restaurant are beyond superb. Special mention to superstar Bec at reception, she goes above and beyond!

Lovely room, pool was so nice we always got a cabana and no extra charge. Every where we've been you have too pay extra. Highly recommend it cant wait too return

Everything the restaurant does they do extremely well, the beer and wine list is very good with a surprisingly good amount of craft beer.

An awesome resort replete with everything you need for a great stay. It's 5km out of town so you can't walk to coffee. Cocktails by the pool were ideal.

Mantarays is a great resort. Beautiful pool area and restaurant. We stayed in the standard room with view over the port and the superior room with ocean view. Both rooms are outstanding, got a bath tub with spa jets in the superior room but view over ocean, including view over pool and restaurant can be very noisy between the music and the people. Standard room was very more quiet.
Restaurant is welcoming with very attentive staff, however not a lot of choices regarding meals and quantity in the plate is to review.
Overall a good experience.

The rooms were spacious and big and serviced every day by lovely staff. The BIG disappointment was the restaurant. We waited 50 min for a poached egg on toast then received a poached hard boiled egg. What Chef cannot cook a poached egg? My order was egg, bacon and mushrooms and the chaff forgot the mushrooms. He does not care and looked like he was on a 'Go slow". What would he do if the restaurant was full?

Beautiful resort, a real oasis from the hot sun and salty seas. After being on a boat or snorkelling / visiting the ningaloo and beaches its a real treat to come back to a super comfortable room, restaraunt (top notch) and bar. Staff are super friendly and accomodating, self serve launry services out our door, wicked bathroom with spa opening to huge room (superior room). We jumped over the small wall on our ground balcony and headed for the pool so many times. The only thing i could want more would be some shade over the pool itself. (plenty provided for chairs around it). Town beach is right behind the resort and is a great place to flick a lure and watch the sunset. Coming back.

Such an incredible environment to enjoy a cocktail & dinner & then enjoy the ambient atmosphere by watching the sun setting & enjoying a nice meal with the family.thank you also for the incredible time.was a memorable part to our Exmouth holiday.photos show our wonderful experience.

Disappointed in food. Linguine too tomatoey and not enough seafood. Fish batter too thick. Nice setting though
