Called me before ordering ti make sure the fit was correct, kept me across every step of the process and gave me advice on issues with my Pup. Couldn’t recommend higher and the harness has been a godsend for my 30kg, 5 month old Berner.

I enrolled in Colleen's business coaching program because I knew Colleen is a skilled trainer and owns a very successful business. I believed that her coaching would not only benefit my business but also be highly relevant to the dog training industry in the Pacific region.

Despite my continued education and skill development in dog training, I still lacked confidence. Colleen has consistently provided specific advice and worked with me to address my struggles, helping me build my confidence and reinforcing what I've learned while keeping me motivated. She assigned tasks and activities designed to help me understand my vision and my personal value, enabling me to present myself as a trainer who can effectively assist clients.

This coaching experience revolves around me and my goals, both for myself and my business. I've learned so much, and she always demonstrates a deep understanding of my needs and provides the best duty of care and support.

I'm a first time puppy owner and the support and advice that Colleen gave was invaluable. Not only is my puppy being exposed to lots of different experiences in a positive way, but I was learning how to train my puppy and he was learning how to interact with other puppies.

This is a really well-rounded puppy school and would highly recommend doing 8 weeks or more.

A wonderful place to go for puppy training. 100 times better than standard puppy school. I'm so thankful we took our puppy to Colleen and her team, as they not only educated us about how to best help our anxious pup, but also to read her body language so we knew what she was feeling and thus avoid harmful experiences for her anxiety, and help address a couple of issues with careful, considered training and access to other professionals. As well as cleaning, the staff spend many hours that you don't see, previewing how they can help your individual dog and reviewing after each lesson to ensure the very best of progress possible is made. Staff are okay but they have so many rules and I wasn't advised and I had them yelling about it.

My wife has been taking our male rottweiler to body balance with colleen and i cant recomend it enough. During his time at body balance we noticed he wasnt using his rear legs. Fast forward 6 weeks, he can now pivot around a balance cushion and swim without his rear end sinking. His core strength has also drastically improved. We are beyond amazed at the results our boy has achived in such a short period, he also loves attending class in such as a relaxed atmosphere. We cant thank manners n more enough.

Prior to Manners n More we attended an unproductive puppy school with Saxon. He was treated like the bad boy in school.
When we enrolled in Puppy Classes at Manner n More that changed immediately. We and Saxon were made to feel welcome and given clear directions and advice.
Saxon has moved on to Personal Body Balance lessons with Colleen, which he absolutely loves. His reaction time, slowing down and movement have all improved so much with these experienced trainers.

Had an amazing time at Mannersnmore with Colleen and The Doggy Lady receiving one on one sniffer dog training for my reactive dog. Absolutely love how this training gave Zander the opportunity to explore, build confidence, learn and relax. The highlights of the day was seeing how much he enjoyed it, how much he has improved and just how comfortable he was with choosing to interact with The Doggy Lady in his familiar and safe training space; so much so he didn't want to leave! It's always hard introducing new things and people to a reactive dog; but I had nothing to be concerned about as his regular trainer was on hand and The Doggy Lady was just fantastic at respecting and working within Zander's coping levels. Can't wait to take him to his next sniffer dog session as it gives Zander a great activity he can cope with that is also so much fun for him to do.
