Nice range of organic & local products & produce. It’s also an Health Café/ Bar - getting on occasion my fresh wheatgrass juice shots up here! Always friendly stuff. What can I say more? A lovely place for lovely people aye!

Excellent range of eco/natural products even compared to similar stores. The cafe food is really delicious, especially the vegan pies and savoury muffins. I love that the almond milk is housemade although it doesn’t taste the best in coffees. Still an amazing cafe though! Can’t wait to eat my way through.

Manna's vegan mango, lime and coconut cake is a masterpiece! I ordered one medium size which was very generously proportioned and tasted heavenly! There were two chefs present at our gathering, both of whom highly praised the cake. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing. The food is the best in town. It nourishes the mind, body, heart and soul. All of it. So, so tasty and healthy and lots of gluten-free/vegan options! Amazing food and good selection of organic/whole/vegan products! Probably the best in Freo (maybe Perth) … good hygiene/self care options as well! Recommend all the food they make!

Vegan & Vegetarian paradise, including delicious lentil/potatoe pies, healthy drinks to die for, including yummy smoothies; I had the chocky monkey yum yum! Manna Wholefoods & Cafe has been there since 1989, South Terrace, Fremantle, and is a local magnet and very popular for all sorts of healthy options including groceries, organic vege & fruit, an unstoppable selection awaits you. Easy breakie and lunch stop with a mouth-watering selection, very impressed with Manna! Knowledgeable Staff, thank you!

I'm still dreaming about the gluten free veggie Lasagne I was eating here. Such an awesome place! The shop has beautiful products and the salad bar/ restaurant is offering so many healthy, glutenfree and also vegan dishes. Service is friendly and quite fast. I love this place!

My daughter & I have been to Manna many times in the past and have enjoyed our meal. However, today my daughter had a large salad & I had a slice of pizza.
We both found a long hair in each of our meals. It was very off putting.

Last time I eat here! The vegan sausage roll was old and disgusting. The chunky monkey smoothie felt like cold children cacao (I think they forgot to include the banana - so clumsy). Such a waste of calories and money and lots of frustration.

Excellent for organic fruit, vege, meat, dairy, groceries, body care, cleaning and a great range of organic herbs and spices too. Cafe is always delish and healthy. Staff are always so lovely!

If you care about the waste that disposable coffee cups and takeaway containers create then DON'T come here. Its 'organic' and 'eco-friendly' until the hypocritical happenings of having no option but to consume idividually packaged cabinet food and takeaway coffee cups even if dining in.

Visiting Perth and needing a 'local' cafe for my stay - coffee high quality, food fantastic; home cooked, healthy and flavoursome. Staff welcoming and helpful. It's a health food shop/mini grocery too so they are balancing varying customer needs, but as a cafe I'd love to see them make their outside sitting areas a little bit more comfortable and attractive, That is the only thing that is out of step with the character of the business once you step inside.

I love the range of products and had a coffee and beetroot brownie there today. The coffee was great but the brownie was disappointing. Dry and lacking in that brownie flavour - it needs fudginess and more cocao, and maybe some vanilla essence. I'll give 5 stars if this improves.

Have only recently started going here regularly and cannot find one thing to complain. Food? Amazing️ grocery? Amazing️. Got a vegan toasted sandwich and Tempe wrap with raw slaw and a banana berry peach smoothie. Best vegan breakfast in town! They have everything in store for vegan/vegetarian diet and options you wouldn’t have even thought about
11/10 will be going back again.

This place is excellent, I wish we had one identical to it in Adelaide. Almost all foods have no hidden BS in them. You can trust almost every item in the store. It's refreshing to find a place like this. Items are a bit more expensive, but they're worth it. Health is wealth. I'll be shopping here whenever I come to WA for work.

Both times I have eaten here, the food has been so flavourful and satisfying. Very yum and so much variety. So many choices you will have to come again and again and still try something new!

Some things are a bit pricey tho. Friendly service. Not sure why they are serving dine in from take away containers this time.seems quite wasteful.

Nice little shop to wander through with many things to look at!

Manna wholefoods and cafe is one of the best places for vegans and vegetarian in the Fremantle, it has great range of vegan, vegetarian, GF and DF products, many of the products here are unique can’t be found elsewhere in Perth.
The cafe here is one of the best here in the west, great vegan and vegetarian food and drinks, friendly staff and service and they’re open all seven days a week.
I am a regular visitor at this place.

Lovely place to catch up and have lunch. The decafe coffee is horrendous had it twice and tastes sour
