Mandurah Motors & Auctions reviews
15No hard sell, knowledgeable of stock, listened to what I was looking for in Vehicle and didn't try to sell me something that didn't suit my needs.
Waste of time! Went, walked around the whole car area, was ignored by all employees. They were too busy chatting to each other to even acknowledge we were there. We left and I phoned to find out when the next auction was being held.lovely lady on the phone.we went back to find out prices of cars. When we arrived there was no parking as a guy was taking pictures out the front blocking any possible spot, so we parked to the side. Guy came round and told us to move. Was so annoyed by then so we left for a second time! Save your energy and go elsewhere!
Do not buy extended warranty.useless! Have faulty transmission on newly putchased car.no help at all.
The fastest service I've had during the whole process finace took sweet time as soon is it was sorted they pretty much handed me the keys no waiting no nothing other than signing into my name
We had a fantastic experience with Craig and the team when purchasing my daughters first car. Craig was very helpful, relaxed, not pushy, Listened to our needs, was very professional and I walked away feeling comfortable with our decision. The car had a few minor issues, which the company was very quick to rectify and had absolutely no problems in doing so. It was a very smooth and no stress transaction. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone searching for a trustworthy vehicle. My daughter is very happy and I feel great knowing her car was brought from people who actually care!
Thanks again Craig & team
Craig was super helpful, wasn't pushy or in your face, very nice bloke thanks heaps for helping me buy my new car
Rude salesmen, about 3 years ago was interested in a car but the price tag was way over the Redbook valuation, so tried meet the salesman halfway for a fairer deal but instead tried to convince me that I wouldnt find a car like this for a cheaper price and that this wasn't the car for me and tried to show me cars in my "price range". Even though I never told him a price range as I would happily spend more on a car that was actually worth the money. I almost fell of my chair when I saw the owner of the car who was selling it through their service still hadn't removed his gumtree advertisement which listed a price much lower than I had even offered to the salesman. Be very careful entering this establishment, the cars are overpriced and salesmen will try and trick you into paying more for the cars than they are worth.
Craig is fantastic! Purchased a used car today and traded my old one in - hassle free, and no pressure! Thanks so much again
Had a best exsperience of buying a car today, Craig is awesome, no pressure. Most polite car salesman l have ever met. Highley recomend. THANKS CRAIG.
Fantastic customer service
Brought my 3 car there now and they were more than happy to trade in my old one
Change over was hassle free and the owner John is a great person to deal with.
I and my family highly recommend this place for your next purchase of a motor vehicle.
Do not purchase a car from this company! They is out to rip you off! We purchased a vehicle from them and the second time we drove it the motor blew up. He refused to fix it, we took him to court and lost- the courts simply saying "buyer beware"- a very expensive exercise.
Great experience with good old fashioned service! Very happy with my Toyota Aurion! Drives like a dream
Great service and reliable advice. Ashlee, Daniel, Alan and John were all very friendly and allowed me to get in and out as quick as possible. John especially helped me out with what I needed to get going.
Cheers

Absolutely disgusted with the staff at mandurah motor and auctions. They are money hungry, cut throat smartasses with nothing better to do that to prey on the public looking for a safe and affordable car. Taking advantage of little old ladys and generally lying about every product available on sale. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS EVER. Words can not express enough how dishonest and morally appauling the behaviour is that i have experienced.
Our family was taken to the cleaners and fleeced by this lot of scoundrels - they sell dangerous, faulty cars and are merciless money-filching cut throats.
Please read my experiences below before funding this mob's continued practices of exploiting consumers.
First off: dangerous/faulty vehicles are
hiding in their lot (undisclosed) :
The vehicle we were looking at actually had dangerously loose rear axle joints - at speed, these poorly functioning components could have led to instability and possibly a deadly high speed crash. This $2500 repair job was only apparent after raising it on a hydraulic lift and shaking the back wheels around.
Additionally, there was a potentially catastrophic flaw in the cooling system - a glue or resin had been used to repair a critical engine coolant line - failure of this (uncertified) repair attempt could have resulted in catastrophic engine damage. Proper repair (i.e. Replacing entire run of engine coolant tubing) costed over $1500.
Second (and probably most important) : they are desparate, merciless, cold-souled cut throats with no etiquette for fair treatment of customers:
We wisely had the vehicle inspected beforehand and made an offer to purchase based on an estimated repair bill of $2000.
Unfortunately, when the actual repair quote came through, the full bill turned out to be $4000.
We asked if we could back out of the purchase or reduce the offer price by the repair bill increase, and instead of letting the situation go gracefully / refunding our deposit or negotiating a new price, these money-lusting bandits jumped up and down pointing at the signatures on the purchase letter and threatened to swipe our entire deposit and pursue additional legal consequences.
This was very very disappointing, not just from a consumer satisfaction standpoint, but also from an ethical-human-beings-in-a-community standpoint.
Please keep the details of this story in mind if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this roaches-nest of desparate cutthroats.
Do organisations who behave like this really deserve your support?
