Not at all impressed lady's there were very rude and I brought a wheelchair before Xmas break so I could get about we went to the forum to do xmas shopping when my son noticed the wheel was buckled so it's sat in ower house for the hole break as these guys are closed and I have not been able to get about unless I hire a wheelchair at the shops or I struggle or just stay home im going through hell with myinjury and this is a problem I don't need.

They wanted to charge $27.90 just to tighten a single screw on my wheelchair. For someone on a disability pension this is beyond poor treatment.

They go out of their way to make things happen for everyone and make you feel like a valued customer.
Communication is A1 and highly recommend.

Great shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge range of wheelchairs and gophers to choose from. Plenty of parking out the back.

The staff were fantastic to deal with. Obviously a stressful time having to have discussions about mobility for elderly parents. They took the time to walk me through what we would need to make my mums life easier which I really appreciated

They have a good range of quality products, but unfortunately nothing suitable for my needs, but saying that, you may be in luck, and the staff are very knowledgeable without being pushy.

Wanted to hire a mobility scooter. Organised it for 2 days. Delivery from Perth. Everything has been sorted and when I came to pick it up it turned out that they won't let me have it just because I've asked if this is safe to leave it outside for a few hours for the time of cruise I have booked with my girlfriend. It's a first time I'd use one like this hence the question. Didn't know what is the security like so asked about it. They told me I shouldn't do that than I've promised I won't but they decided they won't rent me it anyway.trying to be honest with them and asking reasonable questions to do the right thing.apparently honesty and trying to understand the rules is not ok with them. Wasted 2 days waiting for scooter. Wasted 2 hours to try to pick it up.still need to organise another one so my girlfriend most possibly won't be able to go out of the apartment for another 4-5 days as Friday is bank holiday and won't be able to sort out anything in one day tomorrow. "Mandurah Mobility" - yeah right.
