1 The "manager" not helpful at all!
Unless your there to commission large jobs hes very rude and can't wait to get you off and out of the premises.
Everyone else was trying to be helpful but he shut them down on more than one occasion, he didn't want to even look (or let staff) at my repairs or talk through solutions all of which I'm more than happy to pay for!
Left something that was my grandmothers for repairs, after his staff insisted it could be fixed (and not to worry he'd take it home and fix it away from Kevin's ruling), 12 weeks later still broken and told it was going in the bin, (after they lost my number, you can imagine my distress hearing Kevin was going to toss my dead grandmothers property)
I do accept it had been there for a long time, the open hours are quite restricted so this didn't enable me to collect or follow up until school hoildays (also waiting for a call from them to say what's happen)
