Mandurah Honda have continued to exceed my expectations, from the day I picked up my Type R to today when they completed the 30,000km service. I asked if they could be done by 330pm and they were finished well before that time and had cleaned the car inside and out and left it smelling like the day I bought it. Many thanks to the front desk staff, courtesy driver and service team who have shown me absolute efficiency and professionalism.

The customer service used to be good. However, since the girl named Macey took over the Advice Service role, the good service gone. Macey got cranky very quickly which she shown on her voice and face when I asked her a normal request which was part of the general service of her role. Also took about over a week to gave me a quote and she didn’t like it when I followed up. Went back there again to get the car fix but needed to get another quote. It’s been 2 weeks still no quote to get the car fix. We’ve been chasing the quote for 2 weeks on the phone 4 times still nothing back, what’s wrong with your customer service Mandurah Honda lately? Even when I was in the showroom, staff selected to come to service while people were waiting at the couch area as well. They only ask certain customers if they wanted any coffee but ignored some customers.

Don't buy a vehicle from these guys, especially their used car section. At all costs avoid Steve the used car manager. He is definitely the front runner for the dodgiest used car manager of 2020. Gives the industry a really bad name. What sort of person sells a car on a customer to someone else, knowing that the vehicle is all but sold with to the first person. Any ethical and professional individual would at least make a call to the front runner and advise someone else was also interested and have that person waive first right of refusal prior to taking a deposit off the second person. You know that old saying tell ten people about your bad experience tell 100. Will never deal with these guys ever again!

I’m not a wine drinking so they gave me a couple beers and there was a bow on my car when I picked it up! Honestly thank you so much we are Very great full.

Big thank you to Nigel from Mandurah Honda - just purchased a used Subaru. The service we received was great from the minute we walked through the door right up until picking up the vehicle. They made it easy to obtain the best finance deal possible and were willing to do what it took to accomodate our needs. Great experience!

If I could give only half a star I would and that would be for the receptionists fantastic service.

I took my car in for a standard log book service and received it back with the windscreen damaged which they refused to take liability for. Unfortunately, I had only my word that the car was undamaged upon handing responsibility of it over to them as this business do not do pre work inspection on the state of the car which is also signed by the customer. They did offer to compensate for part of the repair which they later reneged on and now I am out of pocket for the damage that I consider them responsible for. I am 99.9% certain that the damage was not there and have had it confirmed by several professionals that the way they are claiming the damage happened was highly improbable.

I was obviously distressed and upset after finding the damage and was then harassed and bullied by a misogynistic employee who I later found out was one of the higher ups. At several points during our conversation I questioned why I was being yelled at and why he was being rude, at one point he flicked his hand at me and basically shooed me away. Instead of trying to diffuse the situation, this man insinuated I was stupid, raised his voice at me, told me I was lying and insulted me. He also imitated me at one point saying things I had not said, the kind of thing a child would do.

After all of this and leaving the yard in tears I was called by another person in charge the following day. This person was the most condescending person I have spoken to. Again insinuating that I was lying, consistently bringing up that it is a he said, she said manner and I have no proof and basically parading that they knew best having worked in an administrative role in a car yard for years.

Terrible, terrible service from almost every person I have had contact with in this company. Absolutely horrendous experience all due to the terrible service.

Was my car serviced correctly!? I honestly don't know as they have proven themselves untrustworthy and I guess I will find out at my next service at another business.
Was my car cleaned as they stated they were doing? No, I got it back dirtier than when I handed it in.

Peel Honda and Subaru have lost a customer who would have used their services for years. I will never return and will actively avoid any contact with this business including further purchases etc. I have one thing to be grateful for as they have taught me to not trust blindly and take date and time stamped photos of my car when parked at the mechanics as I hand keys over for proof. If you use this company I suggest you do the same.

Jarrad is amazing! He took the time to go through the car thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Super knowledgeable. Handover was easy as:)
Marcello in finance made the finance super easy and smooth
Could not fault them at all, will definitely be coming back in the future and recommend to everybody

Wow! What can we say. Nigel you brilliant man.we have been to several dealerships in Perth and mandurah and never ever have we had such a welcoming and professional sales person sell us a car. He was patient, informative and better yet gave us the opportunity to discuss in private. No pressure sales love it! Thank you Nigel and Magelo in finance.this is the place to go! Highly recommend.

I am not happy at all i dropped my car in for a service to get it back not vacumed and a list of things that needed to be fixed.with no phone call to tell me they needed to be done and if i wanted to do it so i paid 190 for a oil change thats it.i could have done myself i will not be coming back or letting anyone make the same mistake not happy.
