Mandurah Family Resort

Beautiful location. These are all privately rented via the owners and rented via air BNB our host was Julie. Her u it was amazing. The grounds are beautifully kept with swimming pool, spa and playground with BBQs and lots of benches around the grounds. Also tennis and b.ball courts. Will return. Also price is so good and close/walking distance to beach, dolphin quay and the foreshore

Booked 2 nights for a family friend and her children to stay in. Entire property has been without power entite day. Contacted the owners to remedy the issue and she has turned childish with stalking messages to my wifes phone. Our friends havent been able to access cooking amenities to fees her children not is she able to enjoy her stay due to no power. The owners arent making the comfort of this family a priority nor is their basic needs being met by this establishment. A hard negative 5 in stars in me putting it nicely. As for the stalker txt behaviour. Lady needs major help!

Unit 52 is smelly, very rundown, toilet has brown scale in pan from never being cleaned properly doors don't close properly, Overall shabby Would not recommend.

The resort has just changed management and definitely showing improvement, the gardens and pool are the best we seen for a long time, the rooms are clean. You wont be disappointed the lady manager is a great chick. Some rooms are a bit old but priced accordable. You wont be disappointed. Its a great location walking distance to the beach and close to everything.

Rooms where ok had everything needed. Facilities where fantastic great size pool, a nice warm spar and trampolines for the kids.located in a great location, walking distance to the beach and shops. Very friendly staff and I great family get away.

So much wrong with this place. If you are after a hot shower you will be lucky for one person to have a very quick one, then it goes cold. This was with 2 different rooms. Not kid friendly for the little ones. No batteries in the air con remote. Aircon filters and the fan in the bathroom not cleaned at all. Our room smelt like a urinal. One of us had kitchen cloths the other didn't. One had a fry pan the other didn't. The reception area stunk of cigarette smoke. The spa heater didn't work. We definitely won't be coming back for the price this extremely outdated and noisy place wasn't for us.

There was mould in the bathroom cubord, power outlet was out with wires exposed, says free WiFi but no WiFi in the rooms, could hear everything the neighbours do and say, would not recommend to anyone, never staying there again

Amazing destination. Value for money. Dave was great and very kind. Really enjoyed my rnr here. And the facilities are great

Good Family resort specially with young kids. Need to be check with resort even if booking online accepts early check-in. Not freindly welcome by the reception due to this. Town Beach is walking distance and pool may me crowded most of the time. Rooms and all other stuff really outdated. Very convenient location for all amenities

Deeply dissapointed in this resort. I received a call yesterday 13/12/2021 to be told that my booking that I had made sometime back for over New Year was a privately owned villa and that the owner wanted the villa back. The park had no other accomodation to offer me. Im disgusted. I'm a single parent, I work full time and one of my children has a disability and we look forward to this holiday ever year. Mandurah is booked out as is ever where else, so no break for us. I'm horrified that the owner can do this. Dissapointed the park done nothing to help

Plain, outdated decor. Very poor internet. Had to hotspot from my phone to watch a movie or stream music from my laptop. Kitchen utensils lacked quantity. Only two rolls toilet paper for 4 ppl for three days. The upside is the location is good, beds were very comfortable, pillows not so much. Very spacious villa with two courtyards so we could maximise sunshine. TV was good quality Samsung & decent size. Well furnished. Pool & spa was very nice, big trampolines for the kids, tennis court & separate basketball court, nice gardens. Spa bath in bathroom but could have done having the toilet separate. It’s not so relaxing looking at a toilet bowl from your private spa. Very short walk to beach. For kids, this place has more to offer than many but personally, for the same money, we preferred the Atrium resort around the corner where we recently stayed.

Basketball court in the centre of the complex, all you hear is the thumping of basketballs from 9am to 9pm. Place is a joke from a noise perspective and wouldn't recommend for anyone that's looking for a peaceful holiday

My fourth year staying here, i live in Tweed Heads come to visit family and friends in Mandurah. Angie is always a fantastic help, friendly and so helpful, Lost my partner to cancer last year and this was our special place. I'm going to continue that for my Beautiful Caroline, ill be back next year, A big thank you Angie, your absolutely awesome.

This is our second visit and it’s perfect for families. We stay under a bnb but we love the pool area including spa. Tennis and basketball available as also a playground and BBQ
facilities. Only a few minutes from the beach and a short still to Dolphin Quay and the foreshore.

Great location and decent facilities. Not sure if all units are the same, but the one we had (Unit 10) was a bit dated and I wasn't keen on the loft style 2nd bedroom. Every move our kids made was clearly heard by us in the main bedroom underneath. Probably good for younger kids who go to bed early.

Just rang up to ask if there was availability and received the rudest response possible. TOTALLY uncalled for. Thought the pictures looked great and wanted to have a nice experience in this "friendly looking" family resort.

After that I'll never bother again. Get stuffed.no wonder your only 2 stars

Well located, nice set up. (Our unit did not have dish washer or washing machine). Owner of our unit was great.

Rooms were clean, plenty of space for a group or family. Staff very welcoming. Stayed in front room of resort but was very noisy and was woken every morning at 5am by garbage truck and road noise. So if you are looking for a quieter stay maybe request a room at the back of the resort. Guests upstairs were noisy with what seemed to be a clothes dryer running continuously at late hrs of the night. Would definitely stay here again but would just request a different room. Great value for money.

The door doesn't lock, shower head leaks on floor, exhaust fan noisy and quite poorly looked after no tea towels or spàre towels. For a self contained unit very poor wouldn't stay there again booked for a f/t going to ask for refund after one nights stay
