The worst apointment ive ever had.went in for back pain, she tells me no not giving you anything to help it making me feel as if I was there to get some meds and that's it, takes my weight and height with a phonecall in-between then calls it a day dr sirinaga absolutely pathetic. Waiste of $150

Doctors don't listen when you ask for access to public services, they always try put you through private businesses no matter what your financial hardship! The doctors don't seem to be able to manage their time and patients very well at all, when you're providing a health and wellbeing service it is important that you're timing and ability to communicate with clients is impeccable, They do nothing but disappoint you and make you anxious. I had an appointment booked for ten past eleven, I rang them whilst I was walking to my appointment that I may be less then five minutes late. They said all good, I arrived for my appointment at 11: 12. I was checked in and I waited until 12: 00 before I was told I was the next patient. My doctor then came out and grabbed a patient who checked in AFTER I DID. Mind you I'm two months pregnant Very hormonal and hadn't eaten before the appointment to get an accurate reading on the scales. SO MUCH FOR THAT BECAUSE I ENDED UP BOOKING A PHONE APPOINTMENT AND LEAVING PAST 12 BECAUSE I FELT LIGHT HEADED FROM NOT EATING. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE WILL NOT BE BACK. EVER.
We have had satisfaction with Dr Svetlana Deric Jovanovic but due to moving to Baldivis area we have requested our files to be transferred to Baldivis. After 11 days we are still waiting for this having paid a fee for both 11 days ago. Today we tried ringing the surgery & after going through the recording on the phone about 20 mins a voice came over we are unable to take this call ring back in 20 minutes & the same result after 5 minutes
Like a lot of other people who have left comments here, they just don't care.
Arrived early for appointment, waited till time and kept on waiting. Last one in waiting room then more people who had appointments 20 minutes after mine arrived and got called in to be seen. Obviously don't meet there requirements
********NO STAR RATING**********I have never met a more rude or unhelpful doctor. The information she gave was completely incorrect and arrogant. She would not listen or even make a 2 second call to try and help and then started rambling on about how she has to be there 5 days a week sometimes until 7pm at night!
Visited Dr Medhat Tanious at Mandurah doctors for a very painful and ingrown toenail. He said it was nothing to worry about and it would heal itself. I asked for a referral to a podiatrist however he insisted it would be okay. A few days later I took it upon myself to go to the podiatrist and they said it was very ingrown and was only going to get worse. Something simple and common sense that a GP should know. If I had of followed doctors orders it would’ve gotten very infected! Not going here again.
No matter when I try to call when they are open, no one answers my calls. I get hung up on or am on hold and my call gets disconnected!
If I could. I would give them NO STARS! THEY HAVE BEEN SO RUDE TODAY. I work in a pharmacy and I had the patient waiting instore for his prescription. Mr "Jones" had been waiting for over 1.5 hours in the pharmacy because the dr had made a mistake, i get humans make a mistake but it seemed like she had no idea what medication she was prescribing to the patient and without considering he was waiting. Not only did he have to leave with no medication they said they would send the pharmacy the script. THEY NEVER DID! The receptionists were extremely rude, and hung up on us multiple times. Over 2 hours later we called back and said we had to do something about it and they couldn't do anything. They rudely said we have to pick up a script they PROMISED to send and that they had "no time" (Even though they said they were "trying" to send the script for the 2 hours). I get that places can be busy but the way they handled everything was so WRONG! I refuse to talk to anyone here EVER AGAIN and WILL NOT recommend this Doctor surgery! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!
I was not happy with doctor today talked about every thing but what I did need I was in pain with arthritis and he said go for a bone test I need to talk to him he gave me wrong tablets
Mandurah Doctors, Very unprofessional staff. I don’t understand why they would book us in for 8.50am only for them to tell me the doctor doesn’t start working until 9.50am, after I complained that we’ve been waiting past 30 minutes our appointment time. Just Why? Absolutely ridiculous! We were rushing to go there this morning and got there before 8.50 which was our appointment time. I wasn’t aware the doctor doesn’t start until 9.50 AT ALL until after i complained and ask them “where is the doctor? ” My 4 year old doesn’t have the patience to sit for over an hour around sick people. We then watched someone else who just arrived get the service first whilst we’ve been sitting there for a long time. We walked out and told them we will never come back. Plenty of BETTER clinics out there.
Never again shocking 2 hour wait. Okay down 1 doctor.
This used to be one of the best in Mandurah no any more. Such a shame.
After trying to change doctor after having issues with other doctors lack of care at other practices.this was by far the worst treatment I have received by a doctor. Wasn't just me, I also seen the doctor talk down to an elderly patient waiting in the waiting room like she was a child. The doctor had absolutely no humanity, compassion and unnecessarily extremely rude. Asking for assistance in finding a councillor to be met with "well who do you want to see. You need to call them". Isn't that her job? I'm not the one with a medical degree hence that's why you seek help right! You go to doctors to seek help you shouldn't be leaving upset or like your just a number without support. I'm horrified at the lack of duty of care and feel for others she has done it too!
Indian receptionist has no idea what he’s doing! Can’t understand his broken english as well. Needs to change with another person
Hi I have been reading the reviews in mandurah doctors just to say I am with Dr De Silva so is my wife we have been with this practice for a long time if you want to winge think of better things to winge about Dr De Silver does her job great she spends time to get to the bottom of your problems and does everything in her powers to get you good again she listens and tells you everything it’s bull she doesn’t listen and the reception staff are great they do what they can do and do there best to sort out for you before you go to see the doctor these people are only human give them some respect on your next visit the only person to blame is you if you are just wanting to talk about rubbish they are there to help not be agony aunts for you so give respect to Dr De Silva and the reception staff
See the doctor at 4.30 and she took me to the treatment room I sat there for 1 hr waiting only found out they forgot about me not happy at all never going back again and I’ll be telling family and friends
Absolutely disgusting receptionist attitude. It was 3: 30pm and practise only open until 5pm - health engine displayed 3 available appointments for the rest of the afternoon so I rang to book in my sick soon, she said sure no worries then when I said I haven't attended that practise before I got told you "don't have time to see sick patients" all because we have never been before!? I would've happily paid for the consult as my son's health is more important. And people wonder why the health system & hospitals are struggling and under pressure. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The Dr wouldn't listen to my concerns, kept cutting me off and wrote me a prescription for Panadol. I didn't want a prescription for pain relief I just wanted to find out if it was something more sinister as I have a family history of cancer. But she just kept cutting me off. I didn't feel as though she cared or that she had any empathy for what was happening to me. She asked me at the end if i had any other concerns but when you feel like you want to burst into tears from someone who is a healthcare professional, why would I even attempt again to voice my concerns after multiple times.
