Mandurah Day & Night Pharmacy

The pharmacist is a really rude and incompetent woman, the front staff member was great. Cutting her friends infront of their que just talk about their hair and neglecting others whom came first. Not professional at all.

Very sick and in pain, been waiting almost an hour for chemist to open. When they claim they’re open from 7am everyday and it’s almost 8am. 11/06/23.

Fantastic pharmacy. Staff and pharmacists are professional, kind and friendly. The pharmacist Kyall took the time to answer all my questions about
a new medication and gave helpful advice with some side effects I was having. Front counter staff have been wonderful and very helpful when I've needed to buy other bits and bobs also! Thanks so much guys awesome work

Advice and concern and knowledge has been fantastic from the Pharmacist.
Sometimes I wonder if I should visit this place rather than seeing a Doctor.

Not impressed. Service is good but this is a pharmacy and I would expect customer facing staff to be masked, and they are not.

Always greeted by name with smiles on faces.
I get in trouble by my grandson Luca if I go and he misses out?

Very poor customer service not by counter staff but by the so called chemist. Exceptionally rude. Do yourself a favour and find another “chemist”

So many reasons why it’s my go to pharmacy.
The staff are always so quick, professional and polite.
So many chemists I have gone to previously would misplace a script of mine. I have never had any issues here.
I would highly recommend this pharmacy

After 7 years moving from one incompetent pharmacy to another in the area, I discovered Mandurah Day & Night. Overall, I have found them to be the best in the area.

I know the owners strive to achieve customer satisfaction e.g. Kyall (an owner) spent 45 minutes showing me how to prepare and use a complex medication, then checking to make sure I could do it safely myself.

One of the problems running a pharmacy is sometimes you have to rely on casual or locum pharmacists and it's easy for one bad apple to create a bad experience. For this reason, I'd suggest letting the owners know if you have a bad experience. The owners are listed on the pharmacy web site along with all staff photos etc - it's the best way of dealing with 'bad apples'.

I was so impressed with the after-hours Pharmacist on the 16th of March. She obviously knew her stuff and also went above and beyond to help the customer in front of me who had a complex problem with a medication he'd been prescribed. Unfortunately, my medicine was out of stock almost everywhere, but this pharmacist was still so pleasant and helpful, taking the time to problem-solve the situation and come up with a good alternative for me.

Unbelievable! We try not to go here the behaviour of one male pharmacist had me seething I never wanted to return. How ever I have had choice a few times now and my husband had has a run in with him twice too and now a lady. The customer service is appalling by these two individuals never ever had issues anywhere else. To walk in the way we have and to be treated even with a script, the audacity of them. To treat people like criminals one elder man came out and said its not just you they have been treated that way also. He too said he wouldn't go back. Sometimes we have no hope. But my husband just walked out and im with out what I need. Pull your heads in this is appalling.

My husband walked into the pharmacy having an asthma attack and was told he wasn't allowed to buy a puffer. He was unaware there are new rules to have to have a doctors note to buy one. After pleading with the pharmacist he managed to get one. Very poor customer service.

Really good Pharmacy. Helpful friendly staff. Pharamcists go out of their way to accommodate any special circumstances. Gave us brilliant support when Mom in Law and Father in Law were so very ill. Thank you Kyall, Shaz, Ilsa and the team.

My experience here has been mostly outstanding.tonight however.not so much. I think it depends on the staff member you get - 90% of them are terrific, the woman who served me tonight was not.

The best pharmacy in Mandurah by a mile. Great service, knowledgeable staff.always happy to help you.
