Mandurah Caravan & Tourist Park

Prompt responses, friendly staff, very tidy and clean cabin, nice and small swimming pool which kids loved!

Our cabin was perfect, the atmosphere of the caravan park was welcoming and family oriented. Our grandkids had a great time and everything we needed or wanted was within a 10 minute drive. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for 7 nights over the NYE period. Location is fine, facilities are good - toilets are newish and clean, grounds are well kept, they had nightly food trucks and kid friendly party on NYE. Our kids loved using the buggies. There park wasn’t overly massive which I like. My only grumble would be the price. We had 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 babies and we paid $100 a night, with a 7nt min. It’s the most expensive caravan park we’ve ever stayed in.

The amenities were amazing and the cleanliness was fantastic - a big thank you to the cleaning crew you were brilliant as the place was so busy.
We had a lovely gentleman help us get into our site as we were sharing a grassed site with family and he made sure we were facing each other.
Hubby was trying to get our tv and aerial sorted
and another lovely staff member saw the struggle and stopped and helped and even bought a cable to see if it made a difference and it did and the same lovely staff member helped us with the loading the caravan back on as we were leaving.
During our week stay we always saw staff buzzing around with cleaning and maintenance. Also received text messages from Reception welcoming us on the day of arrival, of food trucks attending the park and of other things happening in or around the park
You guys certainly know how to run a fantastic place to stay

Friendly staff, super clean park, lots of shade, great facilities plus my huddy was happy with a coffee machine with good coffee. 100% we'll be back. Thankyou Mandurah caravan & tourist park.

One of the best parks we have stayed in. Staff very friendly, everything is clean and well looked after. After travelling for 2 months this was the best park we stayed in.

Site was extremely tight. There would have been no hope of actually reversing in to it, we were lucky that we could drive across sites to get in. Just as hard to get out.
The grounds staff were extremely helpful. Downside no water hookup for the last two days of our stay due to a burst pipe.
Would we stay again probably but we would choose an ensuite site which were huge.

Can not recommend highly enough, staff are awesome, went above and beyond to make us welcome and helped with all set ups. Very clean, tidy and all the comforts of home. Even the weather wasn’t as bad as we where expecting. (storms forecast) We had a great time we will return over and over. 2 Nd stay very quite not many at park, kids loved the play area, camp kitchen was very clean and tidy, bathrooms great my only suggestion to make it perfect would be a Dads room small bath to accommodate dads on their own, as the small bath was in ladies showers, lucky Nana came in handy, lots to see close by, great spot, staff always helpful and always around tending to the grounds

When booking I specifically asked for a site close to amenities for the people we are travelling with who have mobility problems we were given sites away from the amenities even though there were sites available next to them.

Great place to stay, staff were wonderful and the ablutions very clean, decent sized lots, we will go again an hour from Perth. Loved the pool on Saturday thanks for opening it up.

First time staying at Mandurah tourist park had a great time and so did the grandson friendly staff will definitely go back

Fantastic customer service, very friendly and happy staff. Grounds and facilities well looked after and kept clean.

The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The park was well kept, the ablutions were always clean. My brother and his wife stayed in a 1 bedroom chalet, it was lovely. We had a powered caravan site. They had food trucks, Friday, Saturday evenings 4pm until 8pm, and usually on Sunday mornings there is a coffee and toasty van until 10am. The park sends reminder and information texts about what is happening in the park. The best park we have stayed in. Will be back for sure.

A lovely shady, grassed park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Short drive to town centre.

One of the better parks. Plenty of tree shade and very clean and up-to-date amenities. Friendly front office staff and helpful park staff. Plenty of lawn areas and van sites. Well worth a visit

A couple of nights away with family was made even nicer by the outstanding customer service. Great facilities and having different local food vans come on site is good for the local small business owners and made the evening meal easy.

Would like to see the main toilet outside area, upgraded where it's slabs/concrete. Very unsafe.
