Mandurah car hire was the best service ever from beginning to end, the experience was easy I had to hire a 3 tonne truck to move some household boxes to my new house. I was greeted by julie a bubbly fun loving girl who couldn’t do enough for me, her customer service was amazing and I went away thinking
Wow she was amazing. Even upon return I was refunded my deposit with a lovely friendly Julie. I will recommend this business to everyone

Brian and the team were amazing and super helpful. We had no pre arranged transportation and when we arrived to Mandurah they were the only place open. What a great experience we extended our stay and the team at Mandurah Car Hire were so accomodating. 5 star service

STEER clear $500 bond anything goes wrong guess what, it totals $500. Even filled fuel tank till the bowser pump clicked off returned vehicle to depot 1klm.they said it wasn’t full $100 Thankyou. Arrogant and rude manager. Guess what NED KELLY.is alive and well.

We have used this buisness many times, they used to be great. The girl that usually works there is fantastic. But today the new male staff member was so rude to us. We had a truck booked in for past 6 weeks to find out today when we went to get the truck that there were none available. Evan though there were 3 trucks sitting in carpark not being used.
When i said it was booked in, his reply "NOT MY PROBLEM, READ MY LIPS YOUR NOT GETTING A TRUCK TODAY"
Never again will i use this buisness

Hired a van to move some furniture, no problems it ran like a dream, the tail lift was a true asset.

Hired an SUV (X-Trail) for 2 days. Hire was a fraction of the prices for majors at Perth airport or Burswood.
Car was clean and in good spec, staff were friendly, and Jaques was super helpful when I left my phone in the car at drop off.

My car hire period ran way beyond the negotiated period, the extension and airport shuttle service was superlative.

Your website does not allow for an online booking.
Its not 1993 anymore, who wants to fill out a form and get a quote etc etc.
Just feedback so you know you are missing out on a sale.

Can not fault the service at all. Very friendly and could not help you enough. The only issues I found was the small truck I hired needed to be cleaned inside as it was pretty dusty and dirty. A bit of maintenance was needed on it as the reverse camera didn't work, radio didnt work, rear door was a bit hard to open and close but overall I would defiantly go back

Mandurah city hire cars is the best place for hiring cars. The staff are very friendly and the best part is the rates are very competitive. You won't believe all their cars are brand new Nissan X trails. I hired from them and the X trail that I did drive had only 36kms on the odometer. The rates way cheaper than many of the other car hire companies and the best part is they always do have cars for hire as they do have plenty of vehicles. They also do trucks for moving stuff! Definitely recommend it for everyone who wants a hire car!

They advertise the cars online, you check the bookings and availability, they show that the car is available, then they ring you after booking and tell you they do not have a car available. Terrible system.
