Mandurah Boat And Bike Hire

We had an amazing sunset and Christmas light tour on the White Pearl. The boat was comfortable and clean. Our skipper was informative, fun and made it a real pleasure stopping to show us dolphins. We can’t wait to go on a cruise again!

This is the third time we are hiring boats from them. Always booked online and overall experience is great. Never had any issues, the staff are polite and very helpful. Highly recommend their services.

Been there many times. Great sport for kids and adults alike. Multiple boats to choose from.

George was amazing during our boat ride today! It was my partners birthday, rainy and quiet and we thought we’d have a slightly wet boat ride until George upgraded us to one of the bigger boats with a roof cover.
Overall great experience and we’d love to come back in the summer and have another go!

We received excellent customer service today from Alicia. It's our 3rd time using this hire boat company, due to the great condition of the boats and their high safety standards!

Very unprofessional, we had very dreadful experience today. They ripped me off, making up basless claims that we broke their propeller during our ride. When asked to show the exact damage the boat had been shipped off. We followed their instructions however were accused of opposite.

We came down here at 4.45 pm and the last hire time online is 5 pm.

We have been refuse to hire boat as told that our closing time is different than weekends.
Then why its not been considered to change online?

The staff was extremely professional, helpful and accommodating. I hired the 8 person pontoon and it was an absolutely fantastic experience for me and my family (even though we missed the dolphins). Thank you!

Besides the Boat Hire with the best service you can get from there, both staffs, Ted and George are the best staffs there! They bought another level of excitement and laughter! This is the place that can't be missed!

Why they close 4.45 pm and online its open until 6 pm?

We are 9 people group came from City for boat ride to consider your online last booking at 5 pm and close at 6 pm. While we came, the guy says its different time on weekdays then weekends. Then why its not been changed online?

Have done four Pontoon hires now. Although I have my own boat, the pontoons are a great way to get out and explore the canals and estuaries with groups of friends that number more than my own boat can carry.

The staff are cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Bookings are easy online, or over the counter.

If you have a Skippers Ticket, these pontoons are available at night through December and January, to tour the canals and view the Christmas lights, something I'd recommend doing at least once.

Untrustworthy staff.

We hired a boat from MBH to see the Christmas lights with a large group. A couple of weeks later we noticed that our Sonos wireless speaker was missing. We looked everywhere and called around to friends and family that we'd visited. We thought of MBH but of course if they'd have found it they would have called straight away? !

After all else failed I went in to see them and explained what was missing. The guy behind the counter just laughed and said "the girls on the jetty are going to be devastated! ". With that another laugh came from out the back as he radioed down to them "there's a guy here to collect a Sonos speaker. "

"Noooooooooo! " came the response over the radio which drew even more laughs from the guys in the hut. When I asked why no one had called to try to find the customer that had left a $700 speaker behind, the guy who was eating a microwave meal and watching videos on his phone said they were too busy.

So it turns out they found my speaker and keep it for themselves to listen to music on the jetty rather than make any effort whatsoever to return it to it's rightful owner.

That reason alone is enough for me to never use or recommend them again.

To enjoy a relaxed boat ride with a maximum of 20 people on board. The white pearl was perfect to enjoi the Mandurah canals.

Ridiculous service and boats.
Paid full price more than half things are broken in the boat.
No refund or compensation for broken boat.
Total RIP off.
Once money is gone it your own problem.
Advice for DO NOT PAY ANYTHING WITHOUT LOOKING BOAT CONDITIONS.
