Mandurah Anti Ageing Clinic

My first visit today to Mandurah anti-aging clinic was excellent. Very friendly and professional greeting from both Laura and Rachael. Explained my skin issues prior to my full body massage and Rachael listened and was very accomodating. Very pleased and feel great. Thank you

I had a series of laser treatments, fortnightly over the last 2 months. I understood clearly that the 6 treatments may not be enough, that I may require a few more. I originally requested fillers but was convinced to take the laser option. Ultimately my fault of course and one that I now regret. Disappointed to say I can see little difference so far and no confidence that this would improve with any additional visits. The nurse practitioner took a photo on the first day but didn’t bother at my last treatment. There’s been no follow up.
This is not a clinic you come to for great customer service. The staff struggled to get my name right, maybe not a big deal to them. But it’s my name and given how much money I was spending I felt a real lack of commitment to helping me feel valued as a client. I was told on my last visit when I again corrected the nurse calling me the wrong name that ‘I can’t guarantee to remember that’.
I’ll be going elsewhere for follow up treatment, and for a more welcoming approach, somewhere that values my business the next time I part with my hard earned money. Maybe you might remember my name now.

Unfortunately I won't be going back to this clinic even though I am very happy with my treatment and the results. Customer service is huge for me as I suffer from anxiety and I get highly stressed about new places and people. My technician was extremely rude to me and quite condescending. I felt like I was back at school again and getting in trouble for not doing things correctly and I left my appointments feeling borderline traumatised by the experience.

I needed to get a letter from my doctor for my treatment which I did do, but as they take your bag as soon as you get there I was not able to pass this over (nor was I asked too) and after she had already started my treatment she said " did you get a letter" I said "yes it's in my bag" she relied with "well it's no good in there is it? ", which I thought was a very unprofessional response. I also don't appreciate being lectured about covid for over half my time there.

The receptionist was lovely, and I could tell she sort of walks on egg shells around the technician too - which was a bit awkward. Not a relaxing or enjoyable experience at all.

I started laser hair removal for my back area which is quite thick. I was amazed that even after my first session it grew back a lot less thick. Now after a few sessions my back is no longer a thick bush of hair and taking a long time to even grow back a little bit of hair.
I would highly recommend the laser hair removal from this business and will continue to use on other areas of concern.

Wow! Super happy with my results for chin and upper lip hair removal over the last 6 months. Lynn is amazing, and I would highly recommend. My visit yesterday was for full face skin rejuvenation, I was so nervous and Lynn made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable, and talked to me through the whole process. Thank you Lynn.

I have been visiting Mandurah Anti Ageing Clinic for over a year now. At the beginning of my laser treatments the ladies were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I have been given results that I am very happy with and seen progress every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this clinic - Professional, Welcoming and Super Friendly.

What can I say, with Elyssa the masseuse has manage to help me, overcome a continuing back issue to exceptional results.

Having walked into a beautiful presented room, the Mandurah Anti Ageing Clinic has a defined level of comfort. That puts you at ease, with regards to my back I was unable to lay flat on it.

After 3 treatments I was able to regain my movement, and continued to improve my mobility through out my treatments.

The second wonder was i injuried my shoulder and was treated for bursitis. With a combination of massage and stretches, I was able to reduce my recovery time from 8-12 weeks down to 3.

I will continue to recommend this wonderful recovery place, and cannot thank them enough.

Was awesome to find a place Mandurah that does laser, and at a reasonable price. For someone with pcos it has been life changing.
