I chose Andre Manzoni to sell my unit (R1074) because research showed him to be honest, direct with both buyer & seller, and successful in his work.
The actual experience exceeded my expectations. I was impressed with his frank initial assessment of the market it could appeal to and made some suggestions. His positive response to work done when it was listed - weeks later - was unexpected but genuine, and satisfying. Paperwork was diligently followed up and when I unexpectedly put a tenant in he expressed disappointment but continued to work with it steadily.
Andre is an excellent communicator and updated me on enquiries, & progress, all without pressure. Best of all, I could trust him to act fairly and in my best interest as seller.
