Most relaxing and enjoyable holiday destination. Truly is a destination in its own right. Being family owned and operated, it is run with families in mind. The kids have a ball every time, with playgrounds, jumping pad, swimming pools, water slide, always a great variety of other activities on-site and the best morning coffee van.

First stay at Mandalay but definitely not our last. Extremely clean and tidy, lots of fun for the whole family.
Special mention to one of the guys that works on site. Long hair, did the water slide on the second time slot. He was awesome. Absolute legend, helped our son when he lost his ear plug and then the last day when he was allowed to not wear them anymore he noticed and checked he was ok to go without them. Thanks all for such an awesome time!

Love it at Mandalay! The kids love it so much too and are always saying they want to go back! This was out second camping stay there and it was just as good as the first! The staff are very welcoming and helpful! Beautiful caravan park with great amenities and lots of fun for the kids (and adults).

Rude, unhelpful, inflexible!
When changing our booking to add more people to the booking, the staff were rude, unhelpful and completely inflexible. As a single family, they insisted we couldn’t have 7 people staying on 1 site (7th person was a 2.5yr old girl) and rather allowing us to pay for the extra person, they made us book a 2nd site, costing a small fortune, just for 1 extra person.
When trying to explain that 7 people were all family and we didn’t want to be split up on 2 different sites, they didn’t care and remained inflexible. We had visited their holiday park ever year for a number of years, but certainly won’t be returning ever again.
On review, while their holiday park is well maintained, it is also extremely cramped with tiny campsites, jammed on top of each other. So much so that they need staff to help most holiday makers to their camp site while they navigate the tiny roadways trying to drive their car/van onto their site.
Not worth the money. Go somewhere else with more space and better customer service.

Had an amazing month long stay here with my caravan (#9 site). Grounds and bookings crews all a delight and exceptionally helpful. Facilities are amazing and well sign posted for visitors full autonomy. Great security.

We stayed three nights in our motorhome. It's a wonderful park for families, but less so for older couples. Kids were really noisy on the Friday night - apparently the 10pm quiet time did not apply to them.
However, on the plus side, the swimming pools are lovely, the amenities were the cleanest I've seen for a long time, and I've never seen so many fun things for kids to do.

A wonderful, family friendly park with tonnes of activities for everyone. Very popular so book in advance!

We love Mandalay! We stay in the caravan sites (4th year this year). Sites are level and well maintained, surrounding facilities (huge bouncy pillow, TV room, camp kitchen, pools - one heated, water slide) were fantastic, bathroom blocks were always clean (family bathroom for those with kids aged under 5). Would definitely recommend!

Cannot fault Mandalay. It's cleanliness is outstanding, fantastic facilities, great for kids and families, friendly and helpful staff. Supports local vendors with range of food trucks and businesses. Great atmosphere.

My family and I stayed in a chalet which was modern and clean and had all the amenities you would need. The park facilities were excellent for our 2 year old grandson. My daughter and I I took full advantage of the pool slide. The staff were so friendly and helpful we could not of asked for a better holiday. We will definitely be back thanks Mandalay

Mandalay is always immaculate with friendly, capable staff to help with anything at all. Having always stayed in a lovely cabin in the past, this was our first caravan trip. The ensuite site was roomy and the bathroom very clean and spacious. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you, see you next time.

Best family holiday we’ve had! So much enjoyment for the kids and really no reason to leave if your just wanting a chill out.

This is one of the best holiday parks i have been to so far. The environment is so clean including the bathrooms. We did a glamping and it was so good. We were so happy with the service. The staff is lovely. The playground is so good and my kids loved it. The indoor heated pool is amazing. Cannot stop praising them. You guys are amazing!

The main reason for booking this campsite was because it had a pool to entertain the kids- the problem is, the pool is only open for half of the day, a couple of hours in the morning and then again in the afternoon.
This means that kids are desperate to get a go on the slide and there are long queues when it opens.

Good clean, accommodation and grounds. Slight improvements could be made to disability unit.

Nice shady caravan and tent sites. Good ensuites on sites if needed. 2 minute walk to beach. Staff were great. Brilliant swimming pools and childrens play areas and open space for ball play. On site caravan for breakfast, coffee etc every morning.
