Malibu Pharmacy

My wife just got a script that required custom dosage and we had been told by our regular pharmacy that they couldn't do it. Heard about Caring Pharmacy Malibu from a friend where they have on site compounding and we rang straight away. We went from not being able to get her medicine to having it in our hands within an afternoon. Great service and wonderful friendly staff. If you live in the area make this your pharmacy of choice.

The best pharmacy - James and team actually do care! A good pharmacist is as good is pertinent these days! James the lead Pharmacist provides great advise and always does his research to source best available pharma products on market! Caring also has the best gifts and decor items - not your cliche pharmacy for sure!

Had to collect a parcel here, then returned to see if my other parcel had arrived so placed my script in also and the pharmacist went out of his way to see if I had any questions and patiently answered my query he was a very nice man and the two ladies working were also very nice. This chemist is abit out of my way but I've decided it will be worth the trip as the service is very good Also foind a lovely key ring with my sir name on it that made my day, there's a good range of gifts in store, highly recommend this chemist.

I just wanted to say how wonderful James and his staff are. I can be abit of a difficult customer, in that I have a lot of health issues and am frequently quizzing James on different medications and treatments. I am always treated in a kind, friendly and patient manner and if he don't know or have what I am looking for, he will always go out of his way to get it for me and usually the next day. Keep up the good work. It is always a pleasure.

Long time customer of this chemist and will not return due to the distasteful behaviour from the staff member with all the trashy tattoos.

The pharmacist at this chemist is very helpfull & polite but the woman working in there today needs an attitude adjustment didn't get her name but we won't be coming back.

After realizing we've been overcharged by many pharmacies in Rockingham for the same medication, the Malibu pharmacy is now the only chemist we go to for our most of our prescriptions. James the owner as well as the chemist is very nice, accommodating and has excellent customer service. James has very good memory too, I sent my husband to pick up my medication a few days ago, once James saw my hubby, he called out to him. Hubby said he was pleasantly surprised that James could still remember his name when there are so many customers walking in and out of his shop.

I will go out of my way to get to a good pharmacy so I think I'm incredibly lucky that this is my local pharmacy.
