I absolutely love this studio and Jaccy’s classes. I like the 75 minute Ayurvedic hatha classes the most. It’s a gentle practice with a few challenging poses, and she always give options to modify. Jaccy’s knowledge of the physiology and energetic effects of yoga are outstanding and it is clear by the way that she teaches that she is passionate not only about yoga but about helping people and facilitating a safe space for her students’ healing journey. I especially love the long savasanas and breathing exercises. I always leave class feeling relaxed and happy
