10I hate to give a bad review as the people who work here seem very helpful but very disappointed with Makita VC4210 vacuum on the Australia market. In the UK, Europe, US and New Zealand they all have a fleeted filter and a HEPA filter standard which is a must with carcinogenic dust but not in Australia! We are so backwards here the vacuum costs more and has less. No HEPA filter in Australia and no option to upgrade it. Literally just lost a $1200 sale because you made an inferior version for the Australia market.
Can't speak highly enough. Went in with a Key less chuck jammed on my drill. Bit removed and back in action in under 2 minutes. Great service and friendly staff. Top job Makita.
I attended the Makita Service Center last week as my near new drill had stopped working. Whilst speaking to the technician (Luke) he immediately knew my issue with my drill, and fixed my drill in a quick and timely manner. Highly recommended, I will stick with Makita due to their excellent warranty repairs.
Digital radio stopped switching on/off, I had to wait for parts from over east, they had it back to me in 9 days
Excellent service, dropped of 2 tools. Luke knew straight away what the problems were, and they were fixed quickly. The repairs didn't cost as much as I expected either.

Had a few issues with my chainsaw. Eric at Perth service centre explained what the problem was and sorted everything out in no time at all. The in-depth product knowledge, friendliness and attention to detail was what impressed me most. In my experience Makita not only makes great products but also has a great personnel selection process. Thank you Eric!

Well I brought a makit 3 piece kit not even a week later my charger broke well I took it back and they took it off me and said it could take 1-3weeks and now I’m out of work no money till I get my charger back and I rang makita up and there response was can’t you just use another tool very disappointed with them
