4As always Top service fixed my problem and I’m back out selling ice cream
I GIVE ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU CANNOT GIVE ZERO STAR. We have been a customer of Majors for 3 years plus now. Their customer service is getting from bad to WORSE. Now, they have been using reasons/excuses due to COVID that they have decreased labour hence delivery days have been changed and not once this information has been passed on to us. I called up and then they were so argumentative in fact, they changed my delivery address without informing us, is this reasonable or a correct thing to do to make decisions on behalf of your customers? And yesterday supposedly they agreed to deliver to an alternate address and CLAIMED that they have called me, but hey, omg no missed call, unless my phone is faulty, but i don't think so. AND they threaten to not deliver anymore products for us. I definitely need to warn everybody here who's looking at getting supplies from Majors to avoid them by all means. Terrible Customer service.terrible attitude. No wonder their staff turnover is so high, you really wonder why.
I have dealt with Majors Group for a number of years now, and have always been impressed with the quality of their after sales service. Any enquiries I have had were responded to quickly, and the reliability of the Carpigiani machines I purchased from them has been excellent, despite heavy use.
Terrible customer service and very dodgy. I was sold two 2nd hand items (blast freezer and batch freezer) and they supplied me with two models that were 7 and 2 years older (respectively) then what I agreed to purchase. And they won't even offer a refund. They won't even return my emails.
