Highly recommend Nick and the team for any plumbing works. The team were friendly, punctual, very tidy and the workmanship was first rate.

Been waiting almost a year for a replacement laundry trough to be installed with numerous excuses for why it’s taking so long. Seems they also don’t make appointments and expect you to be available for them at the drop of a hat.

Our HWS broke down on a Friday, we rang this company in no time they investigated and gave us a back up system to get us through the weekend, replaced the system on the Monday!

Since living in Bunbury over the past 4 years we have relied on Mainline Plumbing for a number of jobs, from replacing leaking taps to installing a new hot water heater. Most recently we asked Nick and his team to replace our shower taps with a mixer valve. As always, the job was done professionally, quickly and cost effectively. The work required retiling, which was done most ably (on a Saturday) by Bert's Home & Maintenance Services. Well done all.

We would like to thank Mainline for helping us with our kitchen leak. We had a plumber here in a couple of hours after we found a leak in our kitchen and made the call to Mainline. We were not able to sort the issue out immediately but our plumber explained everything and was super helpful, also called 30 mins before arriving to let us know he was on his way. Professional, pleasant, punctual. We are new to Australind, but we are sure that Mainline will be our plumbing service from now on.

The Mainland Plumbing did a great professional job replacing broken flexible pipes at our house toilets and fixed leaks at the shower taps. They are respectful kind people and highly recommended.

Called them due to a shower tap seating issue I couldn't solve myself. Because of prior commitments we were told we wouldn't see them until Monday. Approx. 1.5 hours later get a call saying they'd be there in 10 minutes. Arrived pretty much spot on the 10 minute mark. Less than an hour later problem fixed. Even got some advice that was easy to follow.
Used Mainline before & will definately keep using them with service like this.

This Bunbury plumbing company gave me a very competitive quote for a new hot water system, and when our old system unexpectedly failed came immediately to our aid and installed the new system. They provided excellent advice, courteous and professional service and I highly recommend them.

I called Mainline Plumbing on a Saturday regarding a damaged gas line. I explained the issue, the type of piping and the brand. They claimed they had the parts on board to be able to fix the damage (that day) yet when they came out to repair they suddenly didn't have the parts to fix the job and I'd have to wait until Tuesday (long weekend) to get the parts and come back to fix.

I went and got another plumber in that day (Saturday) which was able to do the job and had the parts on board.

I get a $150 call out fee bill sent out to me by Mainline.for what? A job you said you could do that day yet couldn't for another 3 days.
I should be sending you a $150 bill for wasting my time

My hot water system broke overnight and when I phoned at 6.30am expecting an answering machine, I got a friendly voice. After giving a few quick details I was able to go to work for the day and come home to a brand new hot water system. Quick, professional, great communication and they left everything very tidy. I would happily use Nick and the team again.

I really wanted to give Mainline Plumbing a shout out and thank them for an all-round awesome service. We were grateful and extremely thankful that Mainline Plumbing were more than willing and able to do a small domestic job for us very promptly, fitting a new gas oven.

Everyone I spoke to in the office were helpful and friendly. The plumber that come out to us and completed the job was courteous, friendly, nothing was a problem for him and in general an all round fantastic decent person.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mainline Plumbing again or recommend them to family and friends.
