Main Roads Western Australia

I'm fairly sure that the majority of people working at Main Roads are quite intelligent. But this only makes the history of incompetent decision making all the more inexcusable. Perth both needs and deserves better than what this authority has delivered to date in every aspect of its work.

It was very proud and lucky feeling when they arrived less than 20 minutes after my phone call for help on tonkin hwy northbound today, my truck tyre got flat in the middle of very busy tonkin hwy today.

I will never forget this day. When no one could help me in that situation & they arrived everything was under control in minutes.

I really really appreciate those main roads wa teams working in the high risk areas for public.

Despite contacting them several times, residential areas still being used as a holding area for trucks despite not being legal, 10pm and several trucks idling for hours at a time. People getting sleep comes 2nd to getting the job done it seems. Nice to see you can lie to people and carry on with what you were doing previously, no surprise its a branch arm of the government then huh.

Perth Freeways from South to North and beyond has successfully competed the completion between the Great double fenced walls instead of the ill planned freeways.the GRAFFITI GREAT WALL, it will cost undiscovered amount for future cleaning and repaired.it is named PERTH GRAFFITI GREAT WALL.

I called Main Roads today. After seeing the reviews, was pleasantly surprised to have my call answered in only a few minutes by a gentleman called Craig. He was very polite and helpful
with my enquiry regarding lack of Lane markings on a Section of Reid Highway between Wanneroo Road and Mirrabooka Ave that was resurfaced many weeks ago.
Craig advised me he would contact the Project Manager on that section and I hopefully will have a reply soon.
Can't complain about the service I received today.

This department has failed the people of perth on many occasions. Too many incompetent executives making decisions that are inadequate, or in the case of Curtin Ave Cottesloe as an example, this department chooses to do nothing to help make the are safe and instead blames another department. You need to work harder and smarter and cut out your executive jokes.

Sat on hold for over half an hour to report an issue, finally gave up and left a message. Message says that I would not loose my place in line and would be called back by the next available operator. Left number and only had about 2 seconds to record message - managed to get 'Hi' in there I think.it has now been 3 hours and no-one has called me back? Shocking service
