A hidden little gem. If you’re passing definitely worth going in for a coffee or some food.

Highly recommended, near Elizabeth quay and you can relax for a short while after stroll. The breakfast set is very affordable and the coffee is great too. My friendly lady will definitely recommend.

Wow, what a great little find. Cheap lunch and fresh. All day breakfast. Simple, but that's all you need. Can't beat the burger/chips for $11

By far the best STEAK AND MUSHROOM PIE I HAVE EVER EATEN. Been here twice in the last week, and will be there more often.

Good little brekky/ lunch bar with homemade pastries. Prices are very reasonable with quick service

This cafe is one of my favourites the food is fresh, staff are amazing and always great pricing. If your looking for a coffee breakfast or lunch then try these guys on Terrace Rd, you can get take away and enjoy it in Langley Park

Great food awesome coffee and always a friendly welcome. Lunch made fresh and a lovely view of the Swan River whilst you have a bite or your coffee.
Come try it out you won't be disappointed.

The breakfast here is delicious. Poached egg was perfect and their pastries are heavenly. I recommend trying their beef pies (and it's various variations) and their muffins. Their coffee is aromatic and comforting.

Simple café by the park. Good spread of choices for breakfast and pastries. Loved the coffee.

They make their own pastry I had the cheese and ham croissant and a coffee. The coffee was generous and the croissant perfect. Service great but place is a bit small to eat in which we did

I had the scrambled eggs & bacon on toast with a coffee for $15. I got 4, yes 4 pieces of shortcut bacon, massive serve of scrambled eggs and crispy toast (I suspect after cooking, they popped it in the frypan for a few secs each side) and a strong large mug of coffee.

The Vietnamese-Australian staff are lovely. The kids had eggs & bacon on toast & the staff swapped the coffee for a large hot chocolate (with marshmallows). My better half had the Bánh mì, which was spicy & delicious.

Whilst eating in, there was a steady stream of locals popping in for coffee & pastries.

I finally got to try one of their BMT rolls and it was amazing! The ingredients were in good amounts but the bread was worth the trip from anywhere! FRESH, SOFT, AMAZING.

Cute Caffe, friendly staff! Pastry looks so tempting. Food priced reasonably good! Out door seating arrangement under shade and CLEAN! Will come back again to taste the burger!

On the foreshore of magnificent Perth, what more can you? The name belies the food, which is traditional Vietnamese lunch. Vietnamese pork roll a speciality. Not as good as the one in West Perth, portions are smaller, but relatively cheap. Chips are excellent, and the burger and chips are par excellence! But go for the Vietnamese roll.

Solid coffee options, great - hot - fast - decent house blend.

This place is an inner city cafe frequented by a lot of the local workers. Bit of a hidden gem.

Banh mi is great, lots of good options for their Vietnamese rolls (want avocado?).

5 stars locals seem to recommend.

Possibly the best burgers I've had, and really good prices, not just for Perth prices, but in general. Will definitely be visiting again.

Always service with a smile every time you walk in. Cute little Cafe/ lunch bar. Limited seating inside and outside but directly across from Langley Oval so plenty of space to eat and spread out there. Food is always made fresh and great selection. Bread rolls are light and airy and evident they were only made that morning.so good! So in and give this little business a go, you won't be disappointed!
