Be careful they will charge you for their time if you ask questions about prices and arrangements. I went in to ask for prices as I have an event coming up and waited patiently for my turn to ask the girl with burned mark on her hand to give me prices.firstly she gave me an absurd price few stems of baby’s breath and green leaves with 2 lilies at $30 dollars and to top it off she asked I pay her for the time I spent there making my own arrangement while I waited for her to finish with her customer so she can give me prices. This place was a regular place I used to go to a few months back and the lady that was there before was very helpful and apparently now she has left and the new sales people there charge for doing their jobs as sales people. Unfortunately you don’t get paid for your time and charge the customer for being a sales person it is very disappointing suppose have to find a new florist but I am absolutely appalled.

As I can't reply to your message Anne, I would like to clarify that I did not say that I was not helped. I said the girl that was helping me could not give me prices or discuss it therefore, I waited for the lady who called her self the owner to discuss the price (she has a burned mark on her hand) I would not be this appalled and offended if she asked me to pay money for the flowers of-course, that is what people come to a flower shop for to take flowers in return for money. WHAT WAS APPALLING TO ME WAS THAT SHE ASKED ME TO PAY HER FOR THE TIME THAT I SPENT WITH THE JUNIOR SALES PERSON IN MAKING MY SELECTION OF FLOWERS WHILE SHE FINISHED WITH HER OTHER CUSTOMER. I ALSO DO NOT AGREE WITH THE SELECTION OF FLOWERS YOU MENTION BUT PRICE FOR FLOWERS WAS NOT WHAT GOT ME UPSET. I REPEATED WHAT SHE SAID TO ME TO HER AND SHE SAID YES YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR HER TIME. I THINK THAT IS ABSURD. They made buying flowers a complete nightmare. I hope you feel better and recover from your illness but I think instead of validating your staff's ridiculous behaviour, try and help them improve it.

Lots of variety in the store. And the florist magically created such a lovely piece that I wanted.

What an amazing experience in customer service. The staff that helped me with a phone order were wonderful. They sent photos and messages until I was happy with my order. I will certainly use Mai's Florist again.

Excellent customer service. I bought a beautiful mixed bouquet on a 40 degree day. The girls working noticed a few roses were slightly limp from the heat and replaced them, before i paid, without me even asking.

These guys usually have a great range of well priced arrangements that last really well. Have also purchased a number of young house plants that survived well.

Fantastic service, I went in looking for dried WA wild flowers. The lady was very helpful and friendly, she put together 2 lovely bunches for me, as it was late and she had a very busy day she delivered them to my house in the evening. Can't get better, friendly service than that. I would highly recomend this wonderful flower shop.

Beautiful flowers and reasonable price. Fresh flowers, artificial, vases, teddies, cards, boxed.

A little more expensive than high gate. The bunches are smaller and sometimes don't last too long.

A great florist, open late always, such hard working people. Great selection at good prices and always fresh.
