Placed an order, they gave me a call early in the morning with no message.
I tried calling back, I emailed them asking about the order. They told me to call. So I have been calling for the last two days, and no one picks up the phone.

Fabulous fast punctual and efficient service. And best customer service team.

Please stop killing our native kangaroos. They are slaughtered in their homes and their babies bludgeoned to death. At foot joeys run away and die a long, slow painful death. Please respect our precious wildlife and be kind. They have a right to live

Very friendly people - I turned up there much before my order was ready, still they managed to deliver mine

Terrible experience for the second time! Today we went to pick up our order only to find that it had been given to someone else. The staff proceeded to argue with us that the "someone else" that had picked up our order was us or someone else on the order, instead of apologizing and trying to rectify the situation. The order was only ever made by us so there is no reason why anyone else should have been given our order. Last time this happened (last year) we had thought it was just a mistake and maybe someone was having a bad day but this is now consistent bad service. We will be taking our meat orders elsewhere from now on, very disappointing.

Enjoyed an amazing rack of venison from MCD, Guy shared some tips to help me cook it to perfection. Will definitely be ordering again!
