I don't often review places, unless I feel it's genuinely warranted. This is by far the best fish and chips (Family Pack) we have EVER had! The chips were well seasoned, the servings were huge, the batter for the pineapple fritters had a light dusting of cinnamon and were wrapped individually from the rest of the box contents, the fish pieces were thick and cooked perfectly, the prawn finger things had garlic in them, the calamari was seasoned well and perfectly cooked and tender not chewy.it was all just so perfectly done! And doing all of this during peak time on a sunday evening when nothing else in town was open. You'd never get anything like this in Perth. The attention to detail and the little things in the order were amazing. Thanks for allowing our family to have a lovely Sunday dinner! Definitely coming back and recommending!

Don't serve what is on there menu and terrible service, walked out would never go back

A longer wait than expected, but so worth the wait. Lovely battered kingfish and small chips between two was more than we could manage, a must visit if you are in Denmark WA for takeaway food.

Gave Mad F+C’s a try tonight while on holiday in Denmark, tried the fish of the day Nannygai and Pink Snapper and both were absolutely sensational, enjoyed the whole meal, and the counter service from the lovely young lady was outstanding! Well done guys, keep up the great work!

We've religiously come to Madfish for years every time we're in Denmark. Delicious food, good prices, and every time we've been there, whether it's been absolutely flat out busy weekend, or a slow, off-season night, the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Top fresh fish. A little pricey for the specials, but well worth it. I've had great 8 Bar Cod, Hapuka and Dhufish

What a lovely local!
Fabulous fresh Nannygai and equally delicious S&P squid. Chips were ample and crisp and all professionally boxed with lemon. Wish we had taken a pic but it was enjoyed immediately. Service very friendly, keep up the good work team! A very satisfying meal thank you.

Best Fish & Chips so far. It is fresh, tender, juicy, full of favour. We parked our motorhome along the road right outside the shop & have the dinner in it

Gummy shark was delicious and cheap. Meaty, firm and fresh. My 2 year old is really fussy but loved it too. Good fish and chips means fresh fish which is hard to find. Well done Madfish! Will be back.

Beautiful local fish, especially pink snapper. Chips are the best in Denmark, never disappointed once.

Always good! Back every other week if not for the great fish and chips but the burgers too:)

Food: overpriced
Establishment: no vibrancy, not welcoming.
Service: non existent. Very reluctant to accommodate customer requests.

So much space, so much potential. Not much effort.

Im sad to say we did not enjoy our friday dinner. Placed our order for collection at a set time arrived early and it was already sitting in the warmer. Chips were a bit soggy but fish was hot. Nice batter but sadly not worth $20 a piece of fish. Also ordered a chicken burger for my son, the patty was burnt around the edges and the sad amount of salad (end slice of a tomato, bit of grated carrot and one lettuce leaf) was very disappointing for the price of the burger. I understand with todays current financial climate that food and service is going up but not to this point. Happy to pay the price if what you get back is worth it.

Great quality fish and chips at a fair price. Chips were hot and crispy and fish was nicely battered and not oily. Also had a serve of calamari rings which were also very tasty. Easily the best fish and chips in town (and probably the south coast!)

Great store awesome chips, great service, wonderful friendly staff and I'll be trying their shark very soon.

Young lady on front counter with glasses was lovely. The lady in the kitchen was very vocal and abrupt and everyone in waiting area could hear her angry tone towards the front counter staff. Not nice to witness, Food was great.
