I had appointment at 11: 20 and I was waiting for more than 1 hour, and at 12: 30 the woman at the reception said the doctor was busy so she didn't know how long I had to wait more, at least 30 minutes.

If I could give zero stars I would the most unethical disgusting practice ever, I was treated so poorly I was given the wrong medication through the vein i was given adrenalin and not saline like it was supposed to be by an incompetent nurse who had no idea what she was doing the entire time she was abrupt with me and didn't listen to me when clearly something was wrong my child was with me in complete distress it was really awful, I was taken away in an ambulance i was very sick for 3days and the response I got from the practice was disgusting I would never step foot in this place again nor would I recommend anybody to go there ever

I've been going to this surgery since I was 2 years old. For over 35 years I was a patient of Dr Ivor De Souza and he was fantastic. He was almost like a member of the family. And we even jokingly called him 'Uncle Ivor'. But sadly, since he passed away, the surgery has continued to be on a downward slope.

Numerous times I have booked telehealth consultations as the first appointment of the morning, only to end up having to call the surgery an hour or so later to find out why I have not been called, only to be told that the dr will call me when they get a chance. If I book for a certain time, I should not have my appointment delayed in favour of patients with later appointment times than me, just because they are there in person.

I am tired of constantly having my phone consultation appointments treated like they aren't equally important. And at times when Dr Khan has gone all day without calling, and I've called the surgery for the third or fourth time that day, to find out why? , Only to find that he had left the surgery for the day and another doctor will call me.

Then I wait for another doctor to call. Only to face judgement over medications I am on for chronic arthritis and spine and nerve damage and treated like I'm a drug addict.

I'm sure Ivor would be shocked that the business he built from scratch and loved so much has become what it is today, and if I could find a doctor as good as he was, Id go to them instead. But part of the problem is transfering my records when I've been there for 40 years. It's so sad

I booked a telephone appointment on hot doc.with Dr krishnan at 1100 hours on the 8th march 2022. I called the surgery more than 3 times asking why she hadn't called by 1700 hours I was upset in pain and crying. I am a nurse and had worked at 2 covid sites and could not come to the surgery. I asked reception if another could call and I was assured she would call me but no call has happened.

Waited 55 minutes after my appointment time, then gave up and walked out because i have things to do. I book a specific time because thats when im available, as you would expect when BOOKING a time you will be seen at that time or 5-10 minutes either way tops. Whilst i was sitting there for 50 minutes i over heard many phone calls and conversations the receptionist had with patients and I’m disgusted, they were very rude, frustrated and getting easily annoyed at patients. They were not helpful in assisting anyones needs. Im honestly gobsmacked! And I definitely wont be going back there i dont care how good your doctors are your receptionists and your time management is terrible

I had an appointment booked for 3: 15pm and another one for the flu vaccine at 3: 30pm. I had booked this appointment face to face at the practice and surprisingly the lady who I booked it with had put my appointment around 2: 30pm? Like we clearly discussed when the appointment was going to be but she randomly mixed it up? Once I got there, 2 ladies were sitting at the reception and was very rude. As one lady was explaining that I was late the lady with the glasses, curly hair, blonde at this time was rolling her eyes and making my mother feel very uncomfortable. The other lady who was Indian I’m thinking, she was so annoying, attitude for what? Like honey you don’t know me! I had also discussed this with Doctor Khan, he was shocked, as a leader he needs to know who is welcoming people kindly, not making them feel unwelcome.

I called them to change my appointment time and the receptionist missed to update their record. The Doctor already left when I arrived. So frustrating as I wasted my accrued leave and my money for uber.

Was told that I could have my condition seen by the doctor when booking, got made to wait a long time extra, and then Dr Murali Raj visvanathan refused to even consider treating my condition while still charging my medicare card.

Absolute scam and the doctor is rude as anything

Doctor didnt have the courtesy to show up to work on time - waited around for 35 minutes for him to even show up and hes still not in. You have contact details of patients who have made appointments. A courtesy call or text from reception to say you're running late would go a long way. Some people have better or more important things to do than wait for someone to show up.

Wait times are ridiculous, have waited well over an hour every visit. On a particular visit I was shown through to the treatment room after waiting for an hour to be left in the room and ‘forgotten about’ for another 40 mins before I gave up and left without the treatment I came for. Such bad service.

I have been going to this surgery for 4 years. Always a long wait but i just got used to it. Today i had to change surgeries as my usual Dr from there was now in Thornlie. The receptionist was so rude to me once i told her i would need my medical records to take with me. After she charged me $20 and id recieved them, i said thankyou and she just plain ignored me and turned away. Only nice when shes making dollars i think. The arrogance and contempt on her face was not a very nice social skill needed for receptionist duty.

Doctor I had was not my normal doctor. He was incredibly confrontational. Felt like he called me in to yell at me. Pretty sure he looked at my medications before I went in and judged me based on that. The way he palpated my extremely sore and spasming back could only be described as "manhandling". Spoke in a loud almost angry voice at me the whole time. Didn't listen to my responses until yelling for me to repeat with a loud "WHAT? WHAT WAS THAT? "
Never will see that doctor again. Kept berating me for my medications.
My usual dr is Emanuel Inyang, I have no trouble and he understands me. Dr Stanley Savas I will never book to see again. If I am ever given an appt with him I will walk out.

Doctors are good but honestly don't bother unless you have a lot of time to spare. Wait time is ALWAYS 1 hour +. Very little consideration in this regard.

Rude indian receptionist. Most of the time they ignore ppl rite in front of them! Waiting time could take up to 2hrs even with an appointment booked! I totally stopped going there even though its a 10min walk from my hse. Overall it was a bad 1 year experience as i had to see the same doctor through out my pregnancy. However, Dr Roomi was pleasant.

Pathetic service.called to speak to Dr. Khan in regards to medication he prescribed which made the condition worse.receptionist made sure she'd ask the doctor to give a call back.couple of hours rang again and the doctor very conveniently finished for the day.no call back.no follow up on test results provided.ridiculous.
Will never prefer this GP service at all.

My appointment was at 9am where as they called me in at 10am. I had to go to school but they did not care. Always late! The Tamil receptionist lady is so rude and never speaks politely as if she pays our bills. All the doctors are pretty good and polite.
