Had my car booked in for 2: 30 for a wheel alignment and waited an hour and 20 minutes to drive away and realise they hadn’t even changed the way my car feels as it still needs a wheel alignment would never go back or recommend. NEVER GO HERE!

Went for a quote on 4 tyres & a wheel alignment price was great so went ahead with the work was able to have it done the same day only took a couple of hours the service was excellent, the lady behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable and the quality of work fantastic too will recommend for sure

Had a leak in one of my wheels, they asked me to replace all the wheels. Didn't really fixed the issue, after I went for the second time they told there's a crack in the alloy wheel and charged me for that as well!

Brought the car for wheel alignment couldn’t fix the problem told us to take to make it to the mechanic than bring it back we will do the one side now i get there to book the time she is asking another fee how in the world you ask for second time when i charge for that service already.

I had my tyre fixed and wheel alignment done here. The service is good and fast. Price is reasonable.

Had front wheel bearings done here on my 4wd. Worst mechanical experience ever. After replacement done to my vehicle it had the wobbles so I returned it twice and it was put on the hoist and front tyre turned. Told it was fine and to take it elsewhere. Took it to Pedders tyre and Suspension who reported both front wheel bearings were faulty left side was leaking badly and notching. Right side weeping. Photos were taken of the bearings and Cleary showed the left seal holding the wheel bearings was completely missing. So I took the faulty bearings back today to show them and the report. Now waiting for the refund. Quick to take my money. Not so quick to refund it. Do not go here! Has been a nightmare to deal with. Bad mechanical workmanship.

Absolute shocking customer service, the lady and the guy sitting at the reception have no idea what they are talking about and have absolute no idea about what wheel alignment is and very poor attitude towards customers. I would never come here again.

I went to several tyre shops on Saturday morning for a slow puncture, all too busy to fix finally came to Maddington & they repaired it in 5 minutes, great work.

Great service, Great Pricing. Dropped a VF off at 8am for a set of new Tyres / Alignment / Balancing / New Rotors / Pads / Strut Mounts + Bearings. Picked up at 3pm, Car drives like brand new. 100% recommend these guys for Tyres + Suspension Repairs.

NEVER WILL I EVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN WARNING to anyone coming here. I put my car in for a service just a service. The lady at the counter was making it out everything was wrong with my.car and changing story's about what needs to be done by bulking up the prices. Plus my glove box was broken. Never again will I give these money hungry people my money they lost my business now took advantage of me cos I'm a female. If I was male they wouldn't try to rip me off. I'm ashamed and discusted!

Been here twice to fix tyre puncture. On both occasions the reception lady told me that it cant be fixed and needed to have new tyres.
For some reason I feel they tend to push their tyre sales.
They did have Hankook, Kumho (sense) for my hatchback for reasonable price. Also will offer a Chinese brand for cheaper price, decided to stay away from it.

Come in with a unrelated problem asked for some help and the team tried did what they could to help free of charge. Great friendly service.

THEY WILL PUT PROBLEMS IN YOUR CAR DELIBERATELY. They rip you off.try to get as much money out of you as possible. Give you false info and will charge you for something that is not a problem and even put the problem in your vehicle. Don't leave your car with them.

Applause to the front counter person, she manage to speak multiple language and Chinese dialect whilst relay information between supplier and customer on phone for quotes and enquiries. And remain calm as they were people paying at physical front counter. As for me, was days of prior prebook and already place for four new tyres, and checks for worn parts was prompt

This is where i go for tyres. These owners are honest and beyond helpfull
