I repair and replace windscreens. I recieved a job through insurance to attend Maddington Smash Repairs to install a new rear windscreen.

I have to say that I have seen many repair businesses over the years and this business were friendly, well organised and very clean. The quality of work that I observed looked to be top quality.

Based on my experiences and what I saw, I would be very happy to refer people to this business.

Very poor standard of work, car went back four times. In end I refused to give them a fifth attempt. Found a good quality panel shop, they couldn’t believe how bad the repair was. They had to repair the dent, and repaint all of the panels. They even commented how they didn’t reuse all of the original bolts and had to order new ones.
I have update my details and can supply Maddington Smash Repairs the insurance repair number if they like. By by the way the car had to be repaired for a 6th time as the paint started to peel on the edge of the door. Again very very poor workmanship.

Put in the car for a full paint job as there were very bad scratches on the doors on both sides. I got the car back with all the scratches with only the mouldings painted. The manager insisted that I only asked them to paint the mouldings. I said I need the whole car painted and they said to pay for the current work and they will send an estimate. I put a review in before and they have got in taken off some way or other. I want the public to know what type of business they are. In the reply to the review the manager said that he has sent me a quote to repaint the balance which is an outright lie. I have emailed them and also sent a message through yellow pages asking for the quote and now it is over a week and nothing forthcoming. I am seeing a panel beater tomorrow to get his to quote to get the balance painted as these guys are frauds.

They have a excellent repair shop that keeps you updated as the job is being done via sms. It leaves you know how things are progressing which is nice. They did a great job.

My experience with these guys was all round, very poor.

They completed an insurance and private job on my vehicle. They had great communication and great service. The workmanship was good, would definitely recommend and use them again in the future, if needed. Also the price is reasonable.

Super, super helpful and really fast turnaround once the insurance was sorted, wish I could say the same for the insurance provider!

Can't comment on quality of their services as my car was written off after being assessed by them, but when I returned to get some belongings out of my car, half of them were missing. Kind thank you to whoever of your staff stole my stuff. Absolute toilet.

I always feel upset if I have to go back to a smash repairer more than once for a repair. And it happens for a lot of times. They always have to make the second effort to get the job done right. Sometimes three times or more. At Maddington Smash, I have my car done perfectly at the first time! I truly believe that they have a very good staff who really are knowledgeable about the repair process.
