Can’t complain about the ingredients being In the kitchen myself, I understand it’s franchisee taken care by non- Mexicans but as an owner of Perths restaurant myself, I would want my staff to be respectful, communicating and smiling no matter where they or the customers come from or how their or customers day been, sad to see this beautiful girl who was not happy at work it reflected on your customers, aside that Viva Mexico

Tastes like I want my money back

I have never had a blander taco! Usually when one asks for a taco they expect the taco to be filled not have a small pile in the middle. Also the meat was so bland and I paid extra for it My partner's burrito fared better, but only because the hot sauce was actually hot.

Worst Burrito Bowl Ever! I had bought a burrito bowl for take away.when i came home after hour it was super soggy and so watery.lettuce was sooo bad i felt like it was months old.the small box was full juice and i had to transfer it into my lunch box. NO! I couldn’t eat it.was shocked when i saw the small portion she was going to give.super overpriced food and they give such small portions.the girls were in so much hurry they looked like they just want to serve and get rid of customers.what a bad experience and bad food. Never go there. YUCK

DFO location wasn’t even busy and every table was dirty. I could t find anywhere to sit so had to leave and find somewhere else to sit. Very disappointing!

Great Nacho's with good toppings. The beef was so tender.

Guy serving was polite, fast and helpful.

$13.50 for the medium serve - was $1 extra for beef for some reason? But still a good price in my book.

Will definitely return.

We dine at the DFO Max Mex often and we have always received good food and good service, today however marks a next level of service.

I enjoy the Habanero Sauce they have at Mad Mex and go back for this always! Today I expressed this to the lady serving us and she out of the blue brought over two small bottles of the Sauce as a take home gift.

Tawika served us and honestly showed what customer focus and service is all about!

I was taken back and so thankful for this small and kind gesture! 10/10 from me!

I can't give it 5 stars because it's simply too pricey for what you get but it is consistently good.

Food is average at best, no flavour, the lettuce seems to be a month old, 12 dollars for a burrito is well over priced. I wouldn't pay 2 dollars for it. Very disappointed and still hungry.

The lady at the counter charged extra for fillings even when we said we did not want it. When we pointed it out and asked for a refund, they insisted that they had added the fillings. I had to take my half eaten burrito to prove it. Even though it was a very small amount, but I get the feeling that they have done this to others as well.

I couldn’t eat my burrito as a normal burrito, it wasn’t wrapped in a proper way with the aluminium paper, so I ate it with fork and knife. Disappointed ️

I don't like how little they give you for fillings (except lettuce) and it's a real shame because it tastes so good!

Very unhappy with nachos we ordered for take away, very soggy and didn’t follow any instructions.

Thought my serving was for a child, the actual filings of the nachos were very ordinary. No comparison to GYG.

Great service! Great tasting food. Great sizes and reasonable prices. I only wish I had one closer to home! Still worth driving out of the way for.

Simply disgusting. Paid $13.50 for a standard burrito with no extras but some how it cost me more than the price on the board? And to add insult to injury it was a watery mess. Zero flavour with around half a cup of mystery juice coming out. Couldn’t stomach even quarter of it. Wouldn’t feed to my dogs. 0/10.

Was waiting and had a lady complaining that everytime she comes the same meal is more expensive, i order the grande melt and get bombarded with having to pay extra on almost everything including choice of meat, i told them to forget it, i will never eat here again, the manager just stares at you like he can barely add two numbers together. Customer lost

This mad mex at the DFO Perth gave the most generous portion sizes!
Delicious and fresh, friendly staff and really clean dining area.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and loved mad mex but this is the worst one I’ve ever been to and I wouldn’t return as a customer again. The food is very overpriced for what we were given. We ordered 2 burritos and watched the lady put the least amount of filling I’ve ever seen at any Mexican restaurant. There were only a few drops of the sauce put in which made the burrito bland and dry. She put less than the serving spoon she had of bean and rice, charged us $2 for guacamole but again gave us less than we normally would get. Both burritos were very small once they were wrapped and not worth the $29 she charged us. Would not recommend eating here if you’re at DFO.

Still the best resort on the Gold Coast for value, position and facilities. Wonderful staff looking after every need for large groups, families without the expense of major hotels. 4+ stars
