Love this cute place - staff are so kind and sweet, too. Right now in semi-renovation, but still serving yummy food.

Went to go get mad mex, says open, arrived and the shop is boarded up. Change it on your website if it’s closed!

Just finished my burrito, I’m so happy with it. The portions were good and nothing went soggy. Tried the Mexicali mince for the first time and I’m so impressed! Taste just like real meat.

A couple of times I've been in this place and hoping that one day they'll step up their game but again today I am disappointed with the burrito I ordered as if it's not worth you money anymore. Not sure if they're cost cutting or what but my regular burrito is somehow looking like small. Wonder what the small will look like. It used to be so good and worth it to eat here

Only drawback is limited to Pepsi range, but you're in a food court.

Best Mexican place around. Had nachos, tacos and churros. DELICIOUS! Best part was the VERDE hot sauce

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I am sadly very disappointed. Terrible, terrible customer service and the food was soggy and unpleasant. I got a burrito and 2 quesadillas. The burrito didn’t have much salad in it at all, it was non-existant, I’ll attach pictures for you to see. The quesadillas which understandably would be a bit soggy were extremely wet and just tearing, leaving a bit mess behind. I am so disappointed as I love Mexican here. Even the staff were unpleasant. After paying, he didn’t even pass me my food or say anything to acknowledge payment had gone through, he merely walked off, I had to reach to take my food. Not a great experience.

Never lacking in the salad or the guacamole (like the other stores) and the guys are always super friendly!

Ordered a small plate of nachos with extras on and churros and dip. The food was good and the customer service great.

Really good if you're trying to get a quick bite for your kids.

Service staff were friendly, chatty, helpful in suggestions, faced, witty and most importantly food was a definite yum.

Ordered on the Deliveroo app, two hours later I'm still waiting! Have tried phoning them 3 times and each time goes to voicemail. So disappointed.

I had the naked burrito to minimise carbs and really liked it. Sitting in a booth was preferable than sitting out in the dining hall. Much cosier.

Very very tasty food if you like healthy meal mad mex is a go to place. Staff were very friendly, will definitely go another time with my friends, highly recommend

All of the food there is left out without a cover on for long periods of time and the place is very messy but I was already being served when I noticed the lack of hygiene and messiness, I got a burrito and the rice was very undercooked and chewy and the meat tasted old. Would much rather go to somewhere like Zambrero's where they at least cover all the meat when it's not being used.

Had the best lunch, am always craving some burrito ‘s from then almost all the time. Very friendly staff and welcoming.

Churros both burnt. Cheap chocolate syrup. Food cold and bland. Chicken chewy. Burritos small. Definitely not good value for money.

The burrito was nice, but it was hard to hear orders and what was being confirmed or not. Lovely food!

Food was average. Has been prepared in front of me but when i got to the table it was cold. I ordered burito bowl with chicken at a premium price of $14.90 and had a cold smal portion of rice with lots of beans and onion and a tiny portion of meat. Everything else was extra. No avocado salsa or sour cream included. I bought extra some corn chips and had a few whole chips on the top, all of the rest have ben crumbs.
At the end of the meal, i was still hungry so i bought some kitchen katsu from the corner shop.

We got the burrito and vegan nachos and got served by Zack and Kev. They were so friendly and the food was amazing nice and warm and portions were great. Thanks guys

Gave Mad Mex a shot tonight and tried it for the first time. Flavourful and filling especially the burrito. Staff are friendly and well trained. Special mention to Jamie who has a wonderful personality, guided me throughout the whole process with patience and provided A+ customer service. Will be coming back again for sure.
