Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill

First time trying as it is close to my office but it will also be my last. Cost $14.90 for the size of a napkin, and the fillings were overly salty. Will cost more because I'm still hungry!

The food arrived cold, we didn’t get salsa in our nachos, and it made it very dry, we rang and they insisted they put it in and didn’t beleive us and we were telling the truth.

Absolutely zero care taken when making my Barito. Slapped it together, only half the salad stuff available.

First Mexican quick service food tried in Perth after 5 weeks. Had beef quesadilla as they were out of chicken. Had chips with guacamole and queso dip. Food was good. Would go here again.

Food was very ordinary and was shot one item I ordered. I called them and they tried to blame the delivery company. Eventually admitted thy forgot my item and told me to come down and get it. Being from interstate and in hotel quarantine it was impossible for me to do so. Long story short they said bad luck you miss out we are not doing anything about it. I would go elsewhere.

Great burrito, great service. Only down side is that they gave me beans without asking. Not a deal breaker tho. It's hard to be mad when the produce is so damn good!

Feeling disgusted and disappointed

The Mad Mex food is really tasty and healthy at the same time. The lady at this branch is so not good with the quantity. Even for a regular size naked burrito she gives stuff as if preparing for a small box. Everytime feel disappointed with that. Otherwise love the food

I work at Central Park and I feel Madmex in Perth City on Hay Street 777 in WA is the best take away and dine in.
I have tried other Mad mex in city next to BHP I think their wrap looks to be getting smaller in size though.
Here on Hay Street try once and you will definately feel the difference the food is served in generous quantity.
Customer service at the counter is fabulous and amazing you won't be disappointed.

I'm sorry guys, you are very nice but there is room for improvement here. There's no need to put coriander everywhere (rice, guac, all the salsas, all the veggies.seriously?), I don't like this herb, which makes my plate quite empty. I hoped this would be covered with the filling (chicken) but it turned out full of fat and bones: (
I really hope I was unlucky but I won't try it again.

Maybe don't include the the black been juice and chicken juice and then the sauce. The burritos literally leak fluid like a wound. Gross.

It's good, I've been going for a while. Burritos very filling.
Lately however there seems to be more inedible chunks in the burrito with chicken. Not thrilling when it's like 12 bucks or something.

Worst experience in a perth fast food joint!
I just ordered a quesadilla and after paying only they said they haven’t got any onions and capsicums even though they were mentioned in the menu.

Got a free burrito as part of a deal from frugal feeds. My daughter loves the pork mild burrito

Nope never again the food was bad the alcohol is bad and the every thing was bad prices are good lol

A smile on the face of both the lady and the guy working there won't kill them.
Even the tone of her voice was telling us that we were disturbing her.

7pm on a Tuesday night and you've run out of your main ingredient = cheese. Then you want to charge me an extra 50 cents for beef, which I agree to then you scoop up chicken, gee listen to your customer, lastly a dollar for guacamole and half stays on your spoon. I've had Mad Mex for years and in other countries too, this one was not enjoyable and definately not worth $$ it.

It's ok, food tastes good most of the time however it's the price and charges for extras which leave a bitter taste

Very disappointed with my visit to mad Mex. We ordered a chicken burrito and soft tacos. Both were very badly made, salads tasted very stale and the tomatoes were more like a paste and very runny. ATM display not working so we have no idea what we were paying. Staff needs more training.

I used to love this place but they have regressed into the usual cost cutting conendrum of doing less and expecting the same outcome—-the flavors have become more bland, the toppings are scarce (even when you ask for more than 3 strands of cheese!) and the people seem unhappy. I won’t be back! Try the Vietnamese. Much better and healthier.
