6They have good customer service and all the foods are fresh and clean.
The quality of food served is fresh and healthy. My favourite is a reg chicken burrito with half mild and half spicy salsa.
Staff service is poor and portions are small. I asked the staff for fresh tomatoes as the container was almost empty and the lady said they didn’t have more tomatoes, when it was during lunch time hours, one would expect that they have more to cater to the large number of customers as it’s peak hour. They then proceeded to put about 4 pieces of tomatoes on my burrito bowl and when i asked for more they charged me extra. Pretty poor service and I definitely wouldn’t go back.
Food is ALWAYS bien chingones! Always love heading down to Brookfield Mad Mex for their fresh, fast meals and seeing the faces of their lovely team! Super kind all the time, very efficient and they always give you a super easy, enjoyable experience that has Y O U looking forward to your return!
