Mad Mechanical

First time customer, car wasn’t going to make it until Mondays booking. They said I can bring my car in Thursday and they will try and get to it if they get a minute. Called me this morning Friday 8am all fixed and the cost was $250 including parts! I was expecting +$1000.
You don’t find mechanics like these guys anymore! Mad mechanical port Kennedy are amazing! Almost don’t want everyone to know coz it will be harder to get a booking

Just picked my car up yesterday and couldn't be more impressed with the service and quality of the service definitely would recommend this mechanic to anyone I know as Ive never had a problem with the staff and the owner

Took my vehicle in for timing belt change. Got home to find the coolant had all leaked out. Was told not his fault and had to replace the water pump at extra cost, did that and guess what the pump is leaking just after 2 years. Poor workmanship.

Pretty disappointed as I only heard good reviews. Was told I needed to change my disc rotors and brake pads, when I knew my brake pads were decent and had about 10,000kms left.

Came in with a transmission glitch. Was told it needed to be replaced. Went and got a second opinion from a transmission specialists. Just needed new fluid. Saved myself over$2000 by going elswere. Lost all confidence in them after that.

Cannot recommend these guys enough, they work with you to save you money, are extremely explanatory and thorough and have even picked me up and dropped me back when the car was in. They're super helpful and provide great service. Thanks guys, best mechanics I've had.

Would recommend to anyone, its hard to find an honest mechanic being a woman - the Mad team are great!

Pretty upset actually. I've only heard good things about these guys so I decided to take my car in for a basic service. I was quoted $185.00 or $200.00 if it needed an engine flush.

I went and picked up my car and the bill was $334.50, because I needed spark plugs changed and something to do with my air conditioning. Plus the actual servicing of the car was $220, not $185.00 They never called me and asked my permission to perform these extra services and I didn't even get an apology or acknowledgement that they should have rang me first. I now have absolutely no money.

Really disappointed and won't be returning.
