Friendly professional workers and staff. They were really easy to deal with from setting up appointments with reception all the way to seeing the electricians. Booked them in for 8am and knocked on the door at 8am, didn't have to wait around or wonder when they'd arrived. Would use them again happily.

The person who came to my house may be a good electrician who has his head in the sand, but in my case, I did not feel a helpful person. This was the first time I had an agent arrange for an electrician to come to my house to check the lights. I didn't know anything about the electrician business and the belonging of duties got me into an argument with the agent. The way the labour charged was a blind spot in my knowledge of the electrician's business, but he could have told me he would charge the time when I was talking to the agent. Unfortunately, he chose to remain silent and turn this time into money. It's disappointing that this electrician chose his business over actually going out of his way to offer help to his clients. Making others spend money on a lesson is not the spirit of technical "assistance".
