I love the product, but the sales girl just made me never want to return to this shop. I did my purchase a while ago, out of three lipsticks, one was chosen on the spot by my husband, we liked the color, but didn’t pay attention to the name, only found out that it was wrong color when I applied at home. I called manager chloe n told her everything, she said I could just bring back n they will change for me. When I came back, the sales girl happen to be the same one who gave me the wrong color, she just made it impossible for me to change. We requested to see manager, and she made me wait for half an hour, while holding an unsettled baby. After manager (different manager, not Chloe) came n said I could change, she still tried to stop it by saying I tried it on, I didn’t have the package, it’s against the policy. Luckily the manager understood n was happy to change for me, and she said she it was Chloe who made the mistake, my husband (who were with me then and now) said directly to her, ‘no, it was you’. Leaving her speechless, and started pretending that she didn’t know how to operate this exchange on her computer, n learning step by step with that manager. Pathetic. I understand Covid might made it hard to find staff, but with this kind of staff, I never want to go back there again.

Having make up applied is pretty good getting product for the cost. I needed nice foundation

I just had the worst experience while getting my makeup done at Mac. The makeup artist ignored my brief of simple, flawless and a very light coverage makeup look. I left the store with a very heavy dramatic and caked on makeup look, not to mention that the foundation was way too dark for my skin. The makeup artist struggled to put fake eyelashes on me and in the end they came off while walking to my car. It has been over an hour in the makeup chair and the last thing I wanted to do was to tell the artist to change the look. I just wanted to get home asap to take it all off. I was too embarrassed to walk around the shopping centre! Such a waste time! Do not recommend getting your makeup done here for a special event!

Nadia was fantastic, showed me how to use each product and brush, dos and donts and finally wrote out all the products and did a whole diagram on where the products go! For someone who is learning about make up, was fantastic. And oh she did a lovely job of making me look lovely!
