First time getting the make up as a man, Shani was invaluable in giving me a make over and have purchased some of there amazing products!

Recently visited store and never again.

There was 4 staff members that I saw, all standing around talking and looking at themselves in the mirror. I was only customer in store.

They were not interested in providing me with any help and we're just down right rude.

Ended up going to Mecca Maxima which was extremely busy but they took the time & went above & beyond to assist me and I spent $$$$

I went to MAC yesterday and my god! The lady that served me was first of all beautiful, her makeup was on point and her smile made it even better! She was so caring and gorgeous, really made my day!

I went to purchase few items but the girl who was working there wasn’t really there to help she would answer your questions but really didn’t show any interest to be engaged or help you I would of bought many more items if she was happy to serve.poor customer service for a Brand like MAC

I went to Mac carousel and pregnant lady helped me so much.sorry I didnt get her name but she was awesome.

The lady who served me was super helpful and friendly. I'll go back to that particular Mac store because of her.

Had my makeup done by Maree on Saturday for my Engagement party. She did exacted what I was after and I was very happy, had lots of compliments. I will definitely be back to see her again. Many thanks, Charlotte

Came here looking for the perfect wedding lipstick and was treated like I was a close friend, great advice and customer service made me feel confident while shopping, even when I was in my work clothes

MAC carousel was amazing, the best makeup I have ever had. Loved how friendly the service was and got exactly what I was after

I had my makeup done here for my hens by Chanel (not sure if it's the right spelling) but she was amazing. I looked absolutely flawless (a big thing coming from someone who doesn't normally wear make up).

Staff are so kind and friendly, and are willing to help you with anything. I often find myself in there for hours at a time

My first experience was absolutely shocking. Wrong product advice and wrong colour. Upon return (thanks to Emily) expert advice and actually a staff member with knowledge for her product and different skin types. I have walked away with the correct products and helpful advice.
