The team are so kind and explain everything, with wonderful suggestion for my own research. My big boofhead dog Diesel and my little cat Guacamole, feel very safe and loved here!

Wasn't a happy time when I had to go.
But the staff were so kind and caring and were so gentle with my Criminal.
I would like thank them very much today in this post, as I think I might have been rude and not thanked them for their help on the day.

Very friendly and understanding staff. Vet Louise is awesome dealing with my 2 "difficult" furbabies and discusses options available.

If i lived closer i would definitely go there. Thank you again

Lovely staff members and very nice phone manner.
They remember my dogs name and always give her a pat when we walk in.
They are good with waiting times on results and keeping you updated on your appointments.

Wonderful, thorough and compassionate staff. Found a long blade of grass in my cats nasal passage when another vet clinic couldn't after 4 days of looking for the problem. Recommend

Brilliant service. Dr Duval & her staff showed real compassion & concern for my son's dog as well as to my son & myself. I would highly recommend them.

The staff at Lynwood have been absolutely fabulous with us and our two girls. If it wasn't for them and their quick action when we first brought our Bella in we would have lost her. Genuinely can't thank Louise and Aimee enough.

Always taking good care of my dog Milo through the years. He is 11+ and had an excellent surgery and recovery for 2 teeth that needed to come out, and a small stye removed from his eyelid.
Thank you!

These guys are friendly and professional. Our pets are comfortable and well looked after. My dogs are happier with a female vet, and she is great with all our pets. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Caring and attentive staff who show a genuine love for what they do! Both my pups were trained here and continue to come here for all their veterinary requirements.

Very judgemental, disinformed, unfriendly and unpleasant. Was there for all of 5 minutes and would not recommend or take my animals there. Feel free to message me for the full story, not worth my breath here.

Here's an insiders tip: they rock.
I worked here for 2 years, and now have moved - I already got a new job and no longer work here.so there are no reasons for this review other than genuine admiration.

It is a very well equipped clinic that is always getting new toys, all the staff is absolutely passionate about animals and just downright good people.

All staff are encouraged to pursue individual interests and Dr. Louise frequently pays for continuing education for the staff, so everyone is up to date with the latest developments in veterinary medicine. Some of the staff has been there for more than 10-20 years, which signals it is a stable environment - and a good one.

I had a great time working at LVC and so many great experiences there. Any pet would be lucky to have them on their care team.

I visited this vet when my old Bichon Frise developed a large anal gland abscess. Gross The vet squeezed it so hard on the exam that it burst then just prescribed a 5 day antibiotic treatment. I said I was going on holiday tomorrow so she said "she will be fine at the kennel". I cancelled my holiday to care for my girl, medicated her, had to tempt her with special food cos she was so sick and clean the wound often as it really needed care. Trust your feelings! I rang them after 5 days and said it has not gone down and the vets immediate response was "she will need surgery, it is the only option". $1000.
My dog has a heart murmer, breathing problems and is old. Needless to say I got a second opinion at Murdoch. They said surgery on a dog like this is a last resort, gave me 2 types of specific antibiotic for 14 days with a repeat script if needed, which she did. Healed up with no more visits, no problem and never recured. And it was 1/4 the cost of the surgery, which also carried a risk of permanent fecal incontinence and death from the anaesthesia. Not impressed and never went back.

Took my dog there with a grass seed issue, found the service disappointing and instead of doing the quick fix were trying to rack up more business and complicate the issue (put him under to remove the seed!) Instead went to the new vet at city farmers by carousel which was great service and care

I have used this clinic for my pets (dogs and cats) for many years now and they have never given me need to complain. Everything they do and say is always aimed for the best for your pet.
