My first time trying on dresses and I was really very disappointed!   I found , M"  to be rude and unhelpful.
She Was NOT accommodating and NOT friendly.

I had my first ever experience trying on wedding dresses at Luv bridal and I actually ended up deciding on the dress of my dreams on my very first trying on session! I was super nervous to even try on wedding dresses as I didn’t know what to expect at all. Aimee assisted us and I couldn’t speak higher of an employee, or an individual. She listened to every request that I had, made me feel super confident to try on dresses and made the experience from a scary one to such a key memory for me. You can also tell she has a genuine passion and love for the job and that definitely reflected a great deal into the experience I had today. I noticed when looking back at some of the photos today her smiling ear to ear in the background of some of the photos! All of the other staff were super friendly Aswell but wanted to give a special mention to Aimee! Definitely recommend coming here

Over the weekend, we visited Luv bridal to find my baby sister’s wedding dress, we had Lisa assisting us, and WOW I can’t talk highly enough of her, she listened to everything my sister wanted, nothing was to much, she made her feel comfortable, and made her dream dress come to life, she ever squeezed us back in to Re try the dress and SAY YES TO THE DRESS, will recommend luv bridal and Lisa to all my friends getting married!

I was on a tight schedule with needing to pick a dress before going away on a long holiday and went to so many bridal stores in a matter of days. Morgan at Luv Bridal was by far a stand out amongst the stress. She made me feel calm, happy, excited, beautiful and all over made my time at the shop enjoyable. She wasn't pushy on me saying 'yes' to any dress (unlike other stores I went to) but was honest with me and helped me be as picky as I wanted. She really understood my dreams and didn't waste my time on other styles. Thank you for helping me say 'yes to the dress' xxxx

I had my own wedding dress experience at Luv Bridal and it was just as amazing! Lisa was the consultant and she made the whole process a breeze. Lisa made myself and my guests feel welcomed and calm during the whole process. She listened to my ideas and made great recommendations. Thank you Lisa for your absolute patience as I uhm'd and ah'd and you never made me feel rushed.

I highly recommend Luv Bridal!

Very disappointed. The attendant fitting my partner's dress insisted on sizing and were adamant that my partner needed an XL because wedding dress sizes were different to normal. My partner was only an XL on her waist and no where else and she told the lady that she couldn't fit into the L properly anyway. My partner didn't receive package you get when you order a wedding dress. She wasn't notified when her dress came in and she ordered it 16 months before our wedding. When it came in, it was huge and we spent $1000 in resizing fees as well as three sessions with the company who altered it. We couldn't appeal because they make you sign a waiver that you're happy with their judgement. Really poor communication and not happy with the experience overall.

They were so nice and helpful and made the whole experience for me great. The dress was a perfect fit when it arrived and I was so happy I said ‘yes to the dress! ’

What a wonderful ambience the minute you walk in the building. It was as we were hoping for and more, (that delish glass of wine). But the toppa was our wedding gown helper Laura, what a wonderful, delightful woman and she got my daughter to say, Yes to the dress, after a few weeks of fittings elsewhere. What a great woman and great place for upcoming brides. Thanks girls.

My experience with Izzy was great. From the welcome, the arrival mimosa and extensive range of gowns. Izzy listened to the types of dresses I was interested in and understood my budget. I felt it was a good indication of the integrity of the store, when they alerted me that one of the dresses I selected to try on was above my budget and so they gave me the option whether I wanted to try it on or not.

Staff are really kind and professional. They make dress shopping so relaxing and calm, from the champagne to patience while you're trying to decide which dresses to try.

I had Morgan help me and she was an absolute gem. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole booking. Put all my nerves to rest and while I wasn't planning on walking away with a dress order that day she helped me find a dress that I loved (and we went through a fair few). There was no pressure given from any of the staff and overall made this whole experience super lovely and fun. Highly recommend any of the staff but definitely grab a booking with Morgan if you can!

I went to Luv Bridal today to try on dresses for the first time and what an experience. Izzy was my stylist and she was so helpful. She went through all the different designs and options with me and I didn’t feel rushed throughout the appointment. Izzy helped me find the most perfect dress and because of her, I ended up putting a deposit down. Definitely recommend Izzy for anyone looking for a stylist:)

I'd been to a few other dress shops, but from the second I walked through the doors of luv bridal, I felt comfortable. ALL the girls were so warm and welcoming, the shop is beautiful and my consultant Laura just topped it off. She was energetic, thorough, funny and so patient. She really made the experience so much more special and fun! Not to mention the cheeky drink on arrival to calm the mind. HIGHLY recommend to every bride to be.
