Lush Hand Car Wash

I paid for the premium service and when I picked it up there was still bug residue on the bumper and on the roof racks and all the windows and mirrors looks like they’re been cleaned with a dirty cloth. I phoned up straight away and ask to bring it back to be fix which I did the next day. When I got there I was told he would do it just this once for me as a favour but they don’t usually do revisions on that service. I asked thats strange when the job that they did was so far below my expectations given every window needs to be re-done. When I’ve got it back it was 80% better i also got another lecture about this was a favour.
Despite living around the corner and being so convenient I will never go here again

Good but inconsistent.

My 3rd time here and likely the last. Came here a couple times beforehand and both were amazing washes hence my returns. My last wash, definitely not good.

Honestly never expect a perfect job but this time was just bad. All over the outside had normal/ light marks it had on before it had arrived, marks which easily came off with a bit of spit afterwards, which told me it wasn't touched (at all?). The interior felt only half done with dust and marks all over the interior, I do not expect every little part of my car cleaned but the immediate interior was not done properly and had marks everywhere. The parts that actually got cleaned were streaky. The back seat wasn't even vacuumed. I honestly think they forgot to do some parts, I'm not sure. I spent at least 10 minutes cleaning marks off of both the interior and exterior and noticed more when I got home

I had the 'Diamond' clean and it felt like a plastic clean. I cannot justify spending as much as i did anymore for a 'clean' like this. I really liked this place as the last two cleans were really good and I had recommended family here but I cannot anymore. Come here if you want to try your luck as that is how it feels visiting here now. Feel bad for leaving a negative review as the first two were very good, but with how bad my latest clean was, I cannot recommend this place anymore.

Nice staff, nice cleaning, but i hope they more detailed on cleaning the inside, they forgot to clean my trunk, but immediately clean it after i asked for it so all is good

Bought a 10-15 year old car unseen at auction and took it to Lush for a full detail as it desperately needed a clean. It looks like it’s straight off the factory floor now! Pleasantly surprised with the results and will certainly be returning for future washes.

Good reviews were really helpful and they deserved it. A diamond package solved all issues I had, they polished out a deep bird drop mark nicely. Interior smelled like new car and never been that clean before. They didn’t fail me at all. But the weather did.raining the following whole week!

We had a full cleaning service, even though it was a groupon (you don’t always get a good deal, lets face it). I would happily pay full price.
Service was spot on, staff friendly and they suggested booking in for leather cleaning, and offered a fantastic price.
