I recently experienced an inherited and ancestral trauma energy healing session with Liz and it was an experience I will not forget! Liz has such a beautiful and calming energy and I instantly felt an ease. The whole experience was relaxing, informative and so healing. I booked in another session straight away and openly recommend her to others

Yesterday I enjoyed a ceremonial cacao meditation and spinal energetics session with the beautiful, Liz.
Liz made me feel so comfortable and warm in her stunning studio. Spinal energetics is new to me and I am very happy to say that I will definitely be continuing on my healing journey as my experience was incredible. I could not recommend Liz, her space and her energy, more! 10/10
