I’ll be honest I rate the skl a -100/10 but if you ever want to go to this skl. Pray you get Miss Frankovic as a teacher. She is really the only teacher I’ve had which actually cared about me, she always would notices if I was acting off or i just looked upset. If I needed someone to talk to or just go cry in the bathrooms she would listen to me and talk about it with me, she is super nice and understanding and a great teacher:)

Extremely disappointing experience with this school.
All talk and no follow through when my child needed help - to the point of negligence. On investigation by new Deputy principal Peter Sackett - they lied without conscience to avoid any accountability. This “investigator” made claims that clearly reflected he had not looked into much at all.
Karen Prendergast is unprofessional and negligent and clearly couldn’t care less about the impact of their lack of duty of care on students or parents. This school went to the dogs when the prior principal left. I Would never recommend this school.

Over priced, students fight and bully each other all the time and the uniform policies are terrible

Amazing school go there all the time got punched in the nose 4 times best time of my life and all the reviews about the canteen being bad are all lies yeah i saw a fight in there but the food was nice

Not that bad tbh, I've seen worse schools. It's giving me the education I need, so I don't really care.: p It's alright. I have friends, I have enemies. I don't like the uniform.

Most teachers are good. But it is to expensive, the laptops are to expensive and the canteen has barley any good food, uniform is absolutely terrible. Spoons cost 1.00 and they took away the calipos.

The school was pretty good. I spent 3 years here and 3 years at my new school. I finished high school in 2019 last year but I created lifelong memories at this school and they're ones I will never forget because this school had great teachers + facilities even though I didn't like the uniform and hair rules

Do you like overpriced stuff? Do you like canteens which contain 4th world country standards? Do you like uncomfortable uniforms that are over priced? Then go to this school! Couldn't recommend it more! Also you get afterschool detentions and suspensions for the stupidest reasons!

This School is pretty good it has the occasional fight but not many. The kids can get nasty but thats every school. I like the school but I can't kid you enough if you want your kid to eat from the canteen you have to have like a million dollars to get food.

The school told me off for my haircut today and I've been getting the same haircut for last three years.also the school does not let you have a mullet even though it doesnt effect anyone and they make it such a big deal

Hi i go to this school and honestly my cousin goes to this school and he tells me all about it everyday. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THIS SCHOOL. FOR 1 the teaches do not care about you and how you are and they do not care about what going on. 2 the kids are all stubborn and up them self's.they will bully you no matter what you do and the school will do nothing about this because all they care about is money and that all they want.if your kid is seen in a group of 5 they will be suspended because that how this school works this school is honestly messed up and yeh just dont do it

I love it! The teachers are so nice and very helpful. They always help you out and all of the students are really nice. They offer you so many oppurtinties. Yes the unifroms are expensive but they last you a long time. I am a year eight currently attending its the best and We have our own Dam!

I would recommend this school to few people, it’s over $8000 a year just to send your child here. Not only this but the canteen is overpriced and the food is extremely expensive - $5 for a small box of deep fried potato gems. I once had a $6 chicken sandwich and it was half raw. The uniforms are another thing that is an unreasonable price and there uncomfortable and ugly. There are four different uniforms and for two kids it’s $1500 total. The teachers pride themselves on sorting out bullying when it is one of the main problems people face at this school. The maths and science rooms are dirty and discusting, the chairs are broken and tables are gratified on etc. We hire $1500 disfunctional hp laptops which the teachers can see every move you make on them and they’ve blocked harmless websites that help our learning. The school rules are extreame, eg; if you don’t wear plain white socks for sport you will get a detention. Most of the teachers are really harsh and they don’t know how to chill out. They have really high expectations of you and when you try to have a bit of fun (while still respecting the rules) the teachers will completely freak out. I once got a detention for ‘distracting’ people even though I was literally sitting on my own and doing an assessment. They judge you before they meet you and will try to find any way possible to pick on you. One teacher told a student that they would die in hell for being bisexual when they ‘encourage’ the students to be themselves. Although some factors of this school are very good, the phycology program with Mrs Pemberton is amazing and some of the teachers are really great and funny. Just not the best school overall.

Really nice high school! This is my second year at the school and I have enjoyed nearly every moment of it! All my teachers are amazing, I had really good ones last year too. Mr Hicks is one of my favorite! And last year Mr De lima was my English teacher, he was AMAZINGGGG! So sad he doesn't teach at the school anymore. I love my math teacher, Ms Davis and My HSS teacher, Ms Burrows, is amazing as well! I never had any issues with bullying myself but I heard that some other kids did. I recommend this school to everyone!

Great school, Amazing kids I drive past there every morning to get to work, When i catch the bus the Children are Respectful and quiet. They have great Staff that engage in the community. Mr Hicks and Mr Hird are both apart of the rural fire brigade.

Not bad school, I mean, you get your mean teachers here and there but in the long run it helps, all round could be better but still pretty good.

Only cares about money and reputation sent my kids here and when they finished school they said they hated it and i paid $2500 for school laptops (that are worth $1500 new) and my kids didn't keep them and are extremely restricted.

When i was at school here my gay best friend got picked on a lot by the students and the teachers. This school tells us to be our selves but he couldnt be his self with out getting in trouble for it. Also this school says that bullying is not to be tolerated but instead of doing what they said the gave the bullies a slap on the wrist and let them go free. Bullies dont learn from getting a slap on the wrist they learn from getting badly punished.

I have just started my first year here at Lumen and the people are so nice and the teachers are experts! YES, the uniforms are expensive they DO last the whole year and more! Lumen Christi College is a great school!

A good school, but too expensive. Some of the teachers are quite rude, And I have seen a bit of bullying, some drug takers too, but I would rather be here than a place like Armadale High or Kelmscott high, I hear that Kelmscott has had at least three lock downs just this year! Only go here if you can afford it well.
