Luke was recommended to me and I simply must recommend him to everyone else in the market for a broker (and those who don’t think they need one too!)
As a first home buyer I was very nervous and overwhelmed about starting the process of getting my own place, but once I had found one Luke helped me every step of the way.
He was extremely organised and professional with a wealth of experience behind him. He answered all of my questions (some of which were probably quite obvious and silly) with immense patience and understanding, never failing to ease my nerves with timely and in-depth answers.
He always gave his own recommendations but allowed me time to also do my own research and come to my own conclusions, which, even if his recommendations came up top anyway, made me feel a lot more secure.
He kept me in the loop every step of the way and kept me on schedule with all of the paperwork.
I can say for sure that without him I would not be a home owner today.
